I probably would not have purchased from Best Buy because the store I use is small and has no room for appliance displays. However, I had already shopped around and I knew what I was looking to purchase. The salesman was very friendly and helpful. He looked up the product online and placed the order. It was ready for pickup in just a few days. Oh yeah, they beat the best price I had found by $500! I will definitely check with Best Buy again! Thanks!

I looked at many brands, even had some delivered then returned. For the price, LG delivers great quality and solid appearance, as well as a cobalt-blue enamel interior which looks great!

I have had this stove for about two weeks now, and we can stop baking. Great to have to ovens with one of them being a convection oven.

Double oven very useful. Easy to operate. Self-cleaning worked perfectly.

I love the convenience of using one of two of the ovens for baking or cooking large meals. It is a plus that the low setting is actually a low setting. Great range!

The convection oven is a little difficult to convert recipes but am getting better at it. When things are cooked in the convection oven everything comes out moist and delicious. The oven itself is pretty easy to use.

I love how this stove looks in my new kitchen. I love that a griddle was included with it. Funny how the small things make a customer happy. I have another oven that doesn't have this griddle and still haven't gotten around to buying one. I've had that one 2 years and have never even used the middle burner. LG is more generous to include it. I'm going to continue buying their products and probably check them out first from now on.

Great double oven. Black stainless is sharp! Only drawback is the shelves do not move in and out as easily as previous oven

Awesome double oven. I love it. I opted for this model since our new home didn't have space for a traditional double oven. So glad I did. My husband and I both love it.

Great looking oven, the gas jets are very powerful and allow for fine control at the same time. The surface is very easy to clean; just toss the cast iron top into your dishwasher, and wipe down the inner surface like a countertop. One issue we had during install, was that our gas pipe was located to the side, which prevents the oven from sitting flush against the wall.

This range was to replace our 20+ year old original oven. We researched several different brands, knowing that we liked the flexibility of the double oven configuration. The LG proved to be the best combination of features and price. We also consulted Consumer Reports and found that the LG was the second highest rated in the double oven category. While we have only had the unit for less than a month, we have been very pleased so far with it's performance.

Can't believe this was an impulse buy! The double oven feature and convection oven are great and looks really nice in the black stainless steel.

I've tried all other name brands and nothing compares to LGs quality. If you're on the market for new appliances. You will not be disappointed.

I am thrilled with the style and quality of this appliance. It is a wonderful upgrade to my kitchen.

love the 5 burners and double ovens. control panel takes some getting used to but is easy enough.

After the first delivery crew inexplicably refused to install the gas range, the department manager arranged for a second delivery and everything went smoothly! New range was installed and old one was hauled away very quickly and the team was neat and respectful. The range itself works very well, and we love the smaller oven (very practical size and no need to heat up the entire range for a casserole, lasagna, etc.).

I love this range. It looks great and is easy to clean. I love the cooktop and the griddle. The double ovens are perfect for big meals or just heating a pizza. The range sticks out farther from the wall than the one it replaced. It appears there is less room allowed for the gas pipe to tuck in. Also, I had to have LG out to repair it within a few months of purchasing. I had a "-" symbol appear before the time on the display. Not a big deal, but for what I paid I wanted it resolved. It took service 3 visits to get it fixed, but they got it done. People say the smaller oven heats up faster than larger ones, but I don't see a difference. It is easier to get in and out of the top oven though. I have noticed that my food takes a little longer to cook than my last oven, but it more moist and more evenly cooked.

Love my new range. Can cook for husband and I in smaller oven and for the family when they visit in the large oven. lOVE the griddle.

Love the double ovens! Things with convection cook much quicker. We are huge fans of the LG products. They sing when cycles are done.
