Delivery company caused $1800 in damaged floors!!!

IFS initially agreement on a settlement amount and to pay it out on several instances. The funds were never paid. My floor is still damaged. Now they are no longer responding to me. I will never order anything from BEST BUY again since they use this particular company for delivery. No one ia helping me. I have $1800 in damage to my brand new flooring!!!!!

For future reference, the glass cooktop on this model is designed to withstand high heat, but rings or discoloration can occur from residue buildup or using non-flat-bottom cookware. If the oven light is turning on by itself, we recommend checking the Sabbath Mode setting under the oven’s control panel. When activated, this mode can cause the light to behave differently than normal. To disable it, press and hold the Settings or Options button (depending on your model) and follow the prompts to turn Sabbath Mode off.
