Unfortunately, this one was on back order and would not be available for months. We ended up ordering something else. When that one fell through due to unavailability, I had to start shopping again. Twice this one came available but sold out before I could place the order. Somehow, the third time was the charm. I got the very last one and was able to have it delivered a full month ahead of the next best thing. I was thrilled. It was my first choice after all.

However we havent used this unit for a month since delivery, first time use the glass top seems to be stained. Best buy has no return policy after 15 days, so contacted LG and working with them.

After a few weeks and a couple calls saying it was out of stock and delivery was going to be delayed, unsurprisingly in todays world, we were offered the choice of a different, yet similar model, which was guaranteed in stock. We decided to go with that offer, and were not disappointed. It arrived and was delivered as promised. Mom loves her new range, and is happily learning about all the things it can do.

Stove looks great ut the air fryer yakes entirely to long to cook and the cookto is horrible. The rubber seal around the the cooktop is horrible, anything you cook and get on the stove gets embedded in the rubber. and the first time i cooked on the stove it left scratch marks all over and i didnt move the pan on the glasstop, hard to clean even with cerebrite cleaner

Oven heats up very quickly. In order to use the air fryer, LG recommends purchasing the LG Air fryer tray. I feel like this should have come with the oven without having to purchase it separately.
