The accessory drawer is a little small and delicate. Software worked but takes a little time to get used to. Can remote start the oven if you allow it on the range. Reports when the oven has reached temperature. Easy to wire.

The cook top stains easily and requires scrubbing after each use and does not get clean. Air fryer does not work properly. Tried to crisp up breaded chicken. At the 10 min mark, fire alarms went off and had to evacuate the house from smoke. The oven does not bake evenly and is complicated to clean. We have owned the range for 3 months and absolutely hate it. We watched videos, spoke with LG, read the manual, and researched via Google to no avail.

Best Buy customer service is going down the DRAIN!

Most importantly BestBuy quality on customer service seems to be evaporating in my opinion. I bought this oven with a 150 gift card was suppose to be a for 850 with the gift card. The reps say that they see the gift card but I have not seen it as of yet. Two of their representative purposely hung up after I did not buy there explanation of why I did not get my gift card.

Warranty lady told me I have to use special cookware. I only use the types in manual but lady say repairs are on me. Do not buy from LG. Warranty is basically nil and stove is defective. Never had a flat stovetop melt before. Best Buy, what are you going to do to help? This is what manual says: The pans must have a flat bottom and straight sides. Only use heavy-gauge pans. The pan size must match the amount of food to be prepared and the size of the surface element. Use tight fitting lids. DUH

It has many features i didn't think I would use but I am using them all. I didn't want a flat top again but this one seems to resist burn spots better than my old one.

My stove also has a tendency of getting overly dirty at the drop of a hat. It's definitely not love, but I'll need to grin and bear it in my kitchen because we need a stove to feed our large family. Switching over and hooking up gas at the moment was too costly.
