Fantastic picture and decent sound (for TV speakers, that is). I'm using it for watching over-the-air digital broadcasts, watching Netflix, listening to Pandora (via the built-in full web browser). Higher-end sets often don't include legacy "Component" inputs but this one does. Cons: No "magic" remote included and you can't even buy one for this particular TV from LG, but the standard remote they give you with the TV is fine for my needs. If you want fancy voice-activated or camera/gesture features, you'll need to buy a different TV. Also, this set does not allow you to record or pause live TV onto a USB stick via the USB port on the TV itself, but for $30-$50, you can go buy an aftermarket DTV converter box with USB input and HDMI to connect to the TV.

Great tv not so great smart tv app thing

The only reason I didn't give it a five star is because you can not fiction all the settings and 'extras' on the tv without the remote. So don't misplace the remote that it comes with! Lol.

Broken out of box

However, I found the setup to be a 'paiin' and I find the controls (via the remote) to be unintuitive and not very easy to learn
