    Bad quality, only lasted working 14 months, the image went off. Only sound is working and will not display any image. Now that is out of warranty is only a big piece of trash. Not recommended. I believed LG was supposed to be a good maker, now I have my doubts.

    The quality is not what i expected at all for the price i paid. Lighting is very weird and pixelated

    I haven't opened the box yet; we wanted to wait until we moved into our new house. The delivery driver that brought my tv inside carried it by himself even though there were 2 people. He bounced it off his knee on the way to and up my steps. I wanted to leave this review as soon as possible just in case something was damaged. I will record me opening the box when we get to that point. Delivered 6-30-21

    Seems to have been a great tv for 6 months or so. Problems with start up of apps and picture quality after some time. Not many or good options in the menu for fine tuning picture quality etc. LG has a good track record with TV but just not this one for me.

    Bought took home and Came on for initial setup remote would not work. Changed batteries still nothing. Then worked enough to get to next screen. Then stopped again. After 3 hrs of intermittent remote working then it wouldent connect to Dish network. By that time Best Buy was closed DO NOT BUY. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL.

    We purchased this TV based on price for our bedroom. we were shocked with the quality because we wanted to view a couple HDR tv shows a well as a few 4K HDR movies. the blacks were more gray than anything and it left a bad taste for a viewing experience. I would recommend looking at other tvs for a 4k experience.

    We purchased this television and had it delivered to us. After mounting it on the wall we discovered that when you watch via streaming the colors would get all weird like only purples and grey's. They sent geek squad out and said it's not fixable do to the problem being the panel. So we had to return the television ourselves and of course they were out of stock and won't get any till next year. So we went to Sam's and went with a Samsung and love it.

    I’ve had a TCL for years and thought I was upgrading to this LG. I can no longer download certain apps and can’t screen share to watch games on ESPN+ on my LG, which I can do on my TCL. I’ve had this tv for 4 months and have tried to get past these things, which have turned out to be necessities. Today I am getting rid of this tv to get another TCL.

    The WORST TV ever. I don't even know where to begin in pointing out all the flaws with this TV, so I am not going to take the time to try. My biggest issue I think would have to be that 95% of the time I cannot cast to it. Extremely frustrating this TV is.

    Horse Manure. Turns On by itself repeatedly. and then when its OFF, you cannot turn it on. have to unplug to get the tv to turn on. I installed over a fireplace which makes that process and hassle. Took too long for me to install so now I've missed my return window. Regret not purchasing at Costco. Regret purchasing an LG.

    UNACCEPTABLE FOR THE PRICE

    This TV SUCKS! Had red lines and red blotch. TV repair person came and replaced the whole screen/front of tv. Then screen would flash every now and then, tv repair came again and replaced the whole motherboard. A few more days passes and now i have the red lines and blotch back again! NEVER again! $500 for WHAT?! This is unacceptable
