Really not happy with this TV. Picture was not clean and crisp. Had issues with streaming apps. We would start a show and then it would lock up and spin continuously. I returned the TV back to Best Buy and bought a Samsung Q8 instead.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend
Brand response from LG Digital Customer Care

Hi, Mark. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with the LG TV (65QNED70AUA) model. We appreciate your feedback and understand how important it is for your TV to deliver both sharp picture quality and smooth streaming performance. For others who may be experiencing similar issues, we recommend checking for the latest firmware updates under “Settings > Support > Software Update,” and ensuring a strong, stable internet connection for streaming apps. Adjusting the Picture Mode to “Cinema” or “Expert (Dark Room)” can also enhance clarity and detail. Broken in 19 days

The tv quit working after 19 days and I am now waiting for a repair tech to contact me. I purchased an LG to replace a Samsung that was not functioning properly so I apparently have made another mistake with my trust in LG. I have never had a tv fail completely, and from my research it is caused by the main board malfunctioning. Not sure how soon someone will come fix it but for now I guess I get to stare a blank tv on the wall. I will try Sony next time and hope that it lasts longer than 3 weeks. Very disappointing
