I love the TV, but it was advertised as being in excellent condition yet was missing the stand. By Best Buy's definition that is not excellent condition.

I bought this television after years of owning a much cheaper LG because I assumed the processor would be faster, the apps would work better, and it would operate better overall. I was VERY wrong. This TV is slower than my cheaper TV and doesn’t work anywhere nearly as well. It won’t stay connected to the internet either. None of the apps work, and HDMI connections do not operate properly. I called LG support and have wasted hours of my time trying to troubleshoot. I’ve also assisted a technician in replacing the motherboard. Now that it still doesn’t work, LG wants to send ANOTHER technician…to do what? Replace the motherboard again? I will likely not purchase another LG television.

Failed after 6 months. Black screen, won't turn on

The TV has ana amazing picture until it dies on you. This is the 2nd LG OLED tv we've owned, and also the 2nd one that will have to be repaired. The first (a B8) needed to have the whole screen replaced after it went to a black screen within the 2 year warranty period. We have owned this one for 6 months and now it's just sitting andnwon't turn on. We were hoping that LG would have figured out their parts issues within the 6 year span between the B8 and this C4, but obviously not. Buy something else, or if you're buying this... at least buy the extended warranty because you're probably going to need it.

I’ve now had this tv for 5 months. A few weeks ago, the screen started going black. Now I can only watch it in 10 to 15 minute increments. Sometimes the display comes back on in 10 - 15 minutes, but most times it doesn’t. I’ve tried all the online video tips and it’ll still do the same thing. This was such a waste of my money. I should’ve read the 1 star reviews prior to making this purchase. I can’t believe LG put out a product that is this horrible. I’ve had 2 other models and they both still work and work well. One of them is over 5 years old. This will more than likely be the last LG purchase for me.

My family bought this tv for my mom for her birthday. How convenient the same week the warranty ended was the same week that the TV broke? My mom turned the tv on and immediately the screen disappeared with a red light flashing at the bottom. We followed all the instructions to troubleshoot and still nothing. Avoid at all costs. Geek squad charged us $100 to come out and tell us hes going to order parts that will costs $80+ each but he’s not sure of the exact cost until the parts come in. I think we will go back to Samsung and call it a day with LG.

Don’t get me wrong it’s a nice tv, but overpriced. It doesn’t always want to connect to my WiFi even though none of my other electronics seem to have that problem. Had I not received it for a gift I would not have chosen this tv.

We had this TV six months when it quit coming on. Best Buy would not even talk to me about it since it is under the LG warranty still. LG would not even talk about getting it repaired until it was in their system for at least one week. Two and a half weeks later, we are scheduled for a technician to finally come out just to even look at it. Buy a cheaper TV for starters, this has not been worth it!

while the picture is beautiful...it's not for me. Something in the OLED tech is straining my eyes and giving me a headache. Seems this happens to a small % of people, and I'm one of them. I'm very disappointed and will be putting in for an exchange.

I've had this TV for 14 months now, it now does not turn on at all. I did not get the extended warranty. I buy electronics all the time, probably bought 4 TV's in the last 2 years, this one worked great until it wont power on or show picture. I'm in IT, stay away from LG. Will probably go with Sony

I purchased this TV in Jan. of 2024. It has 294 hours of power on time and the screen goes black randomly. Sound continues to play. With so few hours, I suspect it was an issue from the beginning. Buyer beware, I am disappointed to say the least as I was expecting great things from this LG TV.

LG C3 OLED Evo Review: A Stunning Upgrade

    Posted .
This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

LG has done it again with its latest OLED TV, the LG C3. This ultra-slim TV is succeeding the highly regarded LG C2, and it’s already shaping up to be a contender for one of the best TVs of 2023. The LG C3 features a slim design with a composite back and thin bezels, making it a sleek and elegant addition to any living room. The TV comes in a range of screen sizes from 42in to 83in, so you can find the perfect fit for your space. Additionally, the stand that comes with the TV is almost identical to its predecessor, but now there's an optional bracket designed for the SC9S Dolby Atmos soundbar that turns with the TV. When it comes to picture quality, the LG C3 is a cut above the rest. The Alpha 9 AI Processor Gen 6 and OLED Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro technologies help to enhance the picture quality significantly. Additionally, the TV has Dolby Vision IQ, Dolby Atmos, HDR10 Pro, and HLG. With AI Super Upscaling Pro, sub-4K content is enhanced to look like 4K, and the OLED Dynamic Tone Mapping Pro enables the TV to break an image into 20,000 zones, giving you the most accurate picture possible. During our demo, we noticed the C3 had punchy colours, deep blacks, and an overall brighter appearance than its predecessor. The LG C3 has upgraded webOS, featuring fewer pages and Quick Cards to make navigation easier. The Personalised Picture Wizard is a new feature that helps you to get your desired picture settings with ease. This feature presents you with six sets of eight images, and for each set, you choose your two preferred images based on colour, brightness and saturation. At the end of the Personalised Picture Wizard, the TV calibrates the picture image based on your preferences. In conclusion, the LG C3 is a fantastic TV that delivers incredible picture quality, ease of use, and an ultra-slim design that will impress anyone who lays their eyes on it. If you’re looking for a TV that will elevate your viewing experience, the LG C3 is definitely worth the purchase.
