    Overall this is a really good TV. It's an incredible product for the price. My only issue is with the remote. I don't like the key layout. The number pad is on the opposite end as the enter key. Very uncomfortable to use. A backlit keypad would be a huge improvement. Also...it has a cheap feel to it.

    The delivery guys were great! They were professional and kind. It took all of 10 minutes to set the tv up and they asked if I needed any further assistance or questions regarding my purchase.

    Great TV except for it is having a problem hooking up to the WIFI, they were going to fix it but instead they are switching it out for a new one. I am probably going to upgrade for a 75 inch.

    Good price, bright screen. Arrived with no damage. Initially had a problem with captions that wouldn't turn off but either a software update or toggling the settings fixed it.
