    Wait for long time and didn’t receive the product. Receive a open tv. Damaged dirty. Need to send back to the store in my own car because they didn’t have appointment for take ir back. After all this they told me they didn’t have the product any more and i need to oay more for other tv

    external device connectivity sucks

    Any connectivity to other devices i.e. AirPlay, Alexa, ThinQ app, SUCKS. I was only able to AirPlay once and it was after I power cycled both my router and television.

    Worst experience ever. Had no help. Has to go inside and wait. What is the sense of buying it online and putting a time in then not have it ready when you get there. Ordered it so I could pick it up after work. Went home with out it and had to drive an hour back down to get it the next day

    All smart TV sucks, trying to get this to work with Alexa makes me want to jump off a bridge. Design team for the UI should be launched into the sun. Why does every TV have to have an operating system now? A great value for the price.

    Disappointing. I was not told this LG is not HBO Max compatible so I had to get a Chromecast to make that work. What's the point of a smart TV when it needs an add on! Pointless.

    When they brought it was damaged I ask the delivery guy to take it back he said ok let me go the truck and make a call the delivery guy jump in his truck and drove off I was so upset and came in to my house without mask

    Will NOT connect to wireless.

    Completely useless, the TV will not connect to my wireless, but will connect to my mobile hot spot. I dont know what to do, I already threw out the box and it has been mounted to my wall. Im seriously upset.

    Piece of junk. I purchased online and picked up curbside. After setting up Tv it would not work. Packaged poorly with horrible directions. PY a little more for something better

    I do not recommend this TV. Went bad within the first 30 days. White areas appeared on the screen shortly after purchase. Exchanged for Samsung.
