    Worst experience with buying LG for the first time

    I am Sorry to give such a bad review as we have been having trouble from the start. Bought it for Black friday and tried setting it up then. The picture quality was pretty blurry compared to my 12 year old Sharp TV. Ordered a new box from Verizon and set it up again but with no luck. We were late so could not even return it. Finally my son tried to stream the Apple TV to work out with Nike App. Even that does not work. I think we were unlucky and got stuck with a lemon .

    Good picture, not as user friendly as a Samsung

    Go with a Samsung, set-up for external speakers is difficult, and if you use speakers other than LG you get the great joy of using two remotes one for sound and one for the tv.

    I should of taken it back and got another cause the one i got has a picture issue but instead i decided to go through the manufacturer warranty boy what a nightmare it has been getting it fixed.

    Black levels were terrible. Did some research and found that it is an Ips panel. Contrast was terrible as well with washed out colors. Only thing that was nice was the size

    TV is little bulky and the inbuild connectivity with Alexa sucks. Even with multiple issues around connectivity to the smart home devices, customer care is not even helping.

    Poor build quality

    So we bought this TV and 3 days later my autistic son had an episode and threw the remote at it. The Entire panel is black now and a complete loss. Was it our fault for not getting the protection plan? Yes, but a TV should NOT break so easily when they cost so much. If you have any kids and typically don't purchase a protection plan, avoid buying this TV, It is Highly Fragile. Save yourself the money and buy the more rugged cheap TVs from the off brands. Your wallet will thank me. We learned the hard way

    I only had this tv for less than 1month and the black screen of death shows up. Best buy geek squad didn't want to help with this issue and instead said call LG .

    This was a great purchase, at first. We’ve had it for about a month or so and now it pauses every time we are watching anything. It takes forever to load anything and it’s very glitchy. I’ve looked for any software updates, but there are none that it needs. Not sure what’s wrong with this TV, but I sure wish I could return it and get one that actually works!

    I had always had Samsung TVs and loved them. This time I went with LG cause Ive heard really good things about it, and it had a great price. Unfortunately, I should have stayed with Samsung. It is not the worst tv ever, but its very far from the best. It is just blah. Colors are not great, even the apps are blurry. Just so disappointed. And soooo mad i cant return it. I love Best Buy but 15 days for return its just not enough. Next time, im buying from someone else.

    Blurry. Sounds odd but I got a Visio which isn’t as upscale as LG or Samsung and it ended up being same size super clear and -150$ less

    I had an issue with the tv not turning on intermittently, exchanged it for a new one and had the same problem. Nobody could come up with a good explanation for the issue and suggested a long process to have someone come to the house to fix it. I choose to simply return it.

    Do not buy an LG TV if you want up to-date apps. Just bought this at the recommendation of an best buy employee. Found out that LG does not make there own apps and they have a version of android that is not standard. I found this out because I tried to install Discovery + and found out that it is not available and my not be at any time. I had to hook up my old Roku box to watch at low resolution.

    This will be my last purchase with best buy. I brought this tv for my father's birthday. It lasted one week . The screen cracked. I had purchase insurance. So we called geek squad and scheduled an appointment. The day before the scheduled visit the guy called asked a few questions and told me that cracked screen is not cover under the insurance. What a waste of money.

    This tv I just purchased a week ago and this smart tv doesn’t have ESPN app . Now most of the smart tv have that app but this tv is really disappointing. I thought this new tv have everything but it’s not . If you are a sports person this tv is not good smart tv . Before I had Samsung tv that tv have everything.. so sad
