Customer service was bad. Although salesmen were polite they had no idea what they were doing and messed up transaction and ended up running my husbands credit twice which ended up declining while trying to apply for credit card.. Then no one was available on The 800 number. My husband has a 700+ credit score. We ended up paying cash. Wont try for a credit card there again. I already have one and once i pay it off next month i will close açcount too.

Have owned for less than 30 days, and the bottom half of the screen glitched while watching a movie last night. It looks like burn in from the home screen, but it just happened suddenly out of nowhere. Will be returning and buying a different brand!

This LG TV purchase was a complete nightmare for me to say the least. The network device within the TV wouldn’t allow my internet connection to stay connected. For example while watching TV it would start buffing every few minutes until finally it quit connecting to the internet altogether. At that point I returned the TV to Bestbuy for a full refund. All of this transpired within a two week span.

Poor service from geek squad installation team technician cancelled appointment without contacting purchaser of product. Waited all day for installer to show up and called after technician cancelled and call center lied and told me technician was on the way. Don’t buy anything from Best Buy or service from geek squad. No offer to fix issue with customer.

In the days of cheap smart tvs this is the worst one I’ve ever had. It is slow to start. It hangs up all the time when I run my Tablo personal dvr. I am constantly unplugging and repluging to reset it. Then it will behave for a couple days. I would love to return it

Went to my local Best Buy and bought this tv. Was told they would deliver the TV on Monday. Got an email Sunday night saying my delivery window was 7am-7pm. Stayed home from work. Of course the TV never showed up. No text. No email. Called them at 7:30. “Sorry for the inconvenience. Your new delivery date is next Friday”. No thanks. This is why Amazon is killing your guys.

Best Buy wouldn’t offer anything close to an accurate delivery time and I guess, you get what you pay for. I received a notice from BB that my 65” TV would be delivered between 2PM and 6 PM the following day. The TV was, instead, dropped off in the lobby of my building at 9AM. At 12:20 PM, I received a text message telling me that “Andrew” would be arriving soon with my new TV.
