Owned for 2 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I generally buy samsung tvs but I changed it up as I was convinced through a salesperson at best buy. biggest mistake ever! first of all, the audio on the tv is unrealistic as it comes in and out. Ive tried messing with the audio settings but its still not a right fit. second, probably the most irritating, it lags so much!! as im scrolling through the smart apps, it takes so long and lags throughout the process. even somethibg as simple as exitibg an app, it takes like 2 minutes to exit which fan be frustrating if youre rushing to exit becauee you have to leave. even turning off & on the tv just takes so long. i withstood it tor a few months cause yea maybe its not that big of deal but it gets progressively worse when youre trying to search and it takes so long to get from letter to letter. lastly, the picture quality is mediocre at best. definetly not better than any samsungs ive had especially for the price point. i really would not recommend this tv, i do think there are better tvs on the market for the price tag. not to mention, i had to jump through 10 hoops with best buy because they cancelled my previous tv order with zero notice until an hour before delivery after it was already paid for in full. thats a different story but overall i rate the tv a 1/10 & would not recommend
