Wifi connection is garbage

This TV is the only device I have that has this issue. It’s connected via Ethernet cable currently. My wife hates this tv.

Bought this on sale for $550 from the recommendation of a Best Buy sales person, saying how much better it was than Samsung TV's. Now it'll cost upwards of $300 for Best Buy Geek Squad to come and service the TV (so much for the Best Buy Total Membership). Decided to not bother and just scrap the piece of junk. Bought a Samsung TV instead and you can already feel how much heavier and solidly built it is. Have several Samsung TV's and still use them for more than a decade. Word of advice, don't to Best Buy sales people.
