The picture quaility goes out and the loading apps is very slow. Dont know of its the tv or wifi, but never had tgis issue before. But when it loads the quailty is good.

This is the worst most annoying tv I have ever owned. Super slow, unresponsive, freezes contantly. If you want to sit down and just watch something or maybe scroll a little bit and relax, this is not the tv for you. Daily I want to throw it out the window. Total garbage.

Long story short... before taking this TV in my pickup truck, the sales men told us that they do delivery and that if we try to take the tv by my self the warranty doesnt protect it, we opened the tv inside the store to make sure it doesnt have any scratches and was OK but we did not connected it there, then my brother in law went in the pickup bed to make sure the TV would not fall and I drove very slow, in the house after we turned it on, we found like 2 red DOTS like LEDs coming from the inside screen, I couldn't belive it but I couldn't make a claim because they would argue that I damaged it during transportation.

I love this tv. But, its a little slow moving while toggling through apps. It would probably be a little easier if i had the ethernet hooked up. But tv runs good on wifi.

Hate this television, the remote takes such along time to do anything. Its buttons are so small you can’t tell what they do. Brand new out of box and there are white spots along the frame of the television. I wish I would have gone with the Samsung I wanted. Not happy with this purchase.

Do not buy this tv. It stopped connecting to WiFi 17 days after purchase. Best Buy was no help and I’m now having to go through the manufacturer. I’ve restarted the tv, reconnected the tv to the WiFi and it still freezes. None of our Samsung tvs do this. Save the time hassle and money and purchase a different brand

Menu is not as user friendly as we hoped. We use our Roku since the salesman led us to think MLB and PBS were available on this tv. They were not as told to us by the installers

I’ve never had a tv that lagged this bad, right out the box. Literally takes a minute to go where you pressed. It freezes every couple of seconds even though I turned practically everything off (ads, deleted apps I don’t use and etc) but it STILL is slow. I want to return it.

LG is typically a good brand. However next purchase I wouldn't go with a WebOS TV. Takes too long to load.
