Remote is extremely sluggish and sticky...taking repeated pressing of buttons. Smart TV streaming functions are poor and lock up after periods of time. Disconnects from Internet connection often and requires rebooting daily.

The price was great but you get what you pay for. This is the dumbest smart TV I've ever owned. It constantly loses connection to our wifi, the picture gets blurry periodically, the sound doesnt seem to get louder after 15 but claims to get up to 100 and it must be haunted because it randomly turns on to a screen saver on its own and always in the middle of the night. 1/10 would not buy again or take if it was free.

I wouldn’t recommend this tv. Some apps are not installable by LG TVs. It loses connection with Wi-Fi constantly. The remote control is severely delayed in response with this TV. I will never buy another LG tv again.

Since we got the TV, there has been a red light in the bottom middle of the screen. It’s very noticeable when watching TV at night or in the dark. There is also discoloration around all four corners as well. Its been there since we got it.
