It's been over 8 months and the Subwoofer for this sound system is finally crapping-out. It always has an issue trying to reconnect when I power it back on to watch TV. It just never reconnects and you can tell because the bass is virtually "0" when watching a movie. I can see the stupid bluetooth light just constantly blink over and over again and I know that it has a pairing issue. The only way to remedy this is to do a factory reset using the remote but do I have to absolutely do this everytime I want to watch TV? NOT! It's not supposed to be designed this way. I hope not. I knew that LG had garbage and inferior products, but I wanted to give this one a try and see if Korean quality has caught-up with Japanese quality but obviously it has not. I should have learned my lesson with the other LG products I've purchased in the past. I also got the 77" OLED tv to pair with this. My only mistake was not purchasing the Geek Squad protection warranty with this inferior sound system. Luckily I did with the TV as it was 3.5x the value of this item.

Absolutely love this system and how simple it is to setup. The surround sound effects are truly amazing. This is definitely worth the money.

Best sound bar ever, has Dolby atmosphere and it takes to next level

I have this paired with an LG CX and the only way to use Dolby Atmos is with eArc. The issues is that 90% of the time the rear speakers wont stay paired and I usually only end up with sound out the sound bar. If I turn off eArc then the 5.1 sound will work pretty good. The issue is I bought this to use Dolby Atmos and I am very disappointed. I would not recommend this system to anyone. Find one that has wired rear speakers, the wireless ones are terrible at staying connected and there is no way to tell they are disconnected unless you don’t hear sound coming from them.

I purchased this LG SN11RG soundbar from Best Buy along with an LG CX OLED TV. First off, the soundbar is taller then the TV with stand. So putting the soundbar in front of the TV cuts off the bottom 1 - 2 inches of the TV screen. How does your top of the line TV not fit with your top of the line soundbar? Also, the rear speakers and the subwoofer keep cutting out. I've done some reading in the manual and online and it looks like the issue is with my router. My router is at least 6 if not 7 feet away from all of the LG SN11RG speakers and subwoofer. I've also tried the subwoofer both close and far from the soundbar itself and nothing solves the issue. The bass is constantly cutting out and the rear speakers either cut out entirely or turn into a terrible staticy feedback sound. It's really killing my experience watching anything.

This product has not just a incredible sound but the ease of use is ridiculous. The wireless system is fantastic and it does not takes out the quality of the sound.

I've owned a variety of different sound bars and home theater systems and this one is probably the second best home theater system I've owned (compared to my true 7.1 system). On top of that I got it for a screaming deal from Best Buy. I got the open-box excellent and it was almost 1000.00 off! If you can find one I would totally recommend it!

Very good sound quality and spatial for a soundbar. If you for some reason can't place a full sized system in your setup, this unit doesn't dissapoint.

Excellent sound and very easy to setup. Works extremely well with my LG 65” tv. Overpriced though and the bar is enormous!

I bought this $1400 LG soundbar “new” from Best Buy on Dec. 10, 2021, set it up in Dec 11th. The Subwoofer would not power up. I sent it back to LG for repair, on Dec 14th, 2021. It is now January 7, 2022, I still don’t have the soundbar back. Upon further investigation LG had a problem with a circuit board in the subwoofer. Also after watching an unpacking video, I believe Best Buy sold me a product that had been opened, as it was not packaged the same as the new one being unpacked on the video. My guess is someone bought it, found out the subwoofer didn’t work, then returned it to Best Buy, and they resold it as new. I am not happy.

Very good sound quality. The mount doesn’t seem that sturdy at first, but it has remained on the wall for over a month, now.

So so sound bar, the dialogue is low and hard to hear. If the dialogue sound was better then this would be a great sound bar system

I haven’t owned a higher in sound bar before but I’m quite content who’s this sounds.

If you don't have a big living room, get this sound bar. It sounds really good but make sure your router is not near it

Google interface is not that good. Would have preferred Alexa. Wanted the simplicity of sound bar but sound quality is not all that for price. Cheaper samsung sounds just as good. Also do not like phone bluetooth screen blackout during bluetooth audio play. Would have preferred the option to play video while playing bluetooth audio by phone. Overall wanted a simple operation for wife, but apps did not accomplish my goal.

Sound is amazing. Was going to wait for newer version but decided to pull the trigger.

The best soundbar/surround setup i have ever owned. Everything works with the lg tv in sync.

Great set. Would expect seamless integration to LG OLED TV, NOT!! TV comes with Alexa, speaker uses Google. Go figure

Awesome Soundbar. Wasn't expecting much but this soundbar blew me away. The Dolby atmos is amazing.
