If you're looking for a whole home sound system this is a good soundbar to start with. The sound was pretty good, but it is very big. However, I wasn't too interested in the whole home and felt I was paying extra for features I wasn't going to use. I ended up returning it and buying a Klipsch; I would rather my money go towards speaker quality rather than things I wont use.

The bar seem so large I have to hide it behind the tv so I can still use the remote control to acces the tv. Bass is what anyone in love with bass is looking for. Awesome!

Great sound quality, bluetooth capable for a smart phone, expandable with rear speakers!

This LG sound bar system caught my "ear" . Wonderful sound quality, particularly for my small "Man Cave" Easy set up, particularly with my LG 4K OLED TV.

After having gone through THREE defective sound bases (lasted only 1 - 3 months) made by a certain Japanese competitor, I found this item on a clearance sale. Though I probably wouldn't have considered it at its original price, I can say that I'm extremely happy with this for what I paid. The sound quality is far above the sound bases I had (not a surprise), and so far the unit has been rock solid. Having Chromecast audio was a big factor for me, but make sure to update the firmware so the multi-room support works properly.

LG makes the sound great again. My room is full of fabulous surround theatre sound. The experience of the sub woofer is fantastic

I bought this to pair with an LG OLED, and it does the job well. I have heard other sound bars that may sound better, but using this sound bar hasn't made me want to move up with the price associated with those models. I do think the remote does a good job of allowing you different sound modes and bass/treble options to match personal preferences.

Purchased an LG TV just prior to this. We wanted something to improve the sound quality. Our surround system was old and not compatible with the new TV. So we researched and listened at the store. When we got it home, super easy to hookup. Has an option for optical, HDMI or you can even use wifi or Bluetooth. We tried a different sound bar first, but we are so glad we decided to return it and get this one instead. It's the perfect complement to our new LG TV.

I went from a Samsung 2.1 channel to this...HUGE difference. My first LG product and I am very pleased with the audio coming out of this. I am not a pro audio guy or anything, but out of the Samsung that died and the Vizio that died, this sounder by far puts them to shame. Looking forward to adding on more speakers.

This sound bar has been pretty good so far (about 2 months of use so far). But there are better sound bars out there. At this price point you might want to spend a bit more and look at the new ATMOS sound bars coming out. But if you don't have to have the latest and greatest, this one does a good job.

This has been a welcome upgrade from the mid level 2.1 Sony soundbar I did have. The old one just never had enough volume for the room and the sub kept losing it's link to the Soundbar. This was simple. I plugged it in and turned it on. The remote is easy to work. Having the 7.1 DOES make a difference for getting distinct areas of effect and this has plenty of volume for my 24" x 20' room.

Whenever I bought this I told the sales rep that I wanted a good amount of sound but I didnt want to shake the glass out of my windows, so he took me over to this. It is fantastic as far as sound goes makes watching movies fun now although the bluetooth feature is kind of spotty sometimes.

This is my first soundbar. Great sounds! Worth the money. Made my video gaming and movie watching pleasure more exciting. Fits perfectly with my 65 inch Samsung 4k TV. The frequency range is wonderful to the ears. I heard sounds I couldn't believed existed in movie. It puts movie theater sounds to shame.

This sound bar and subwoofer was originally around $1,000. The Best Buy guy showed it to me and said it was on sale for $499. We listened to a number of other sound bar systems and this one blew them away. It's got everything including Bluetooth. Sound is awesome!

If you don't have a proper sound system yet this particular system is easy to setup and control and it should be on the list with your new TV purchase. I primarily use this to watch TV. I don't really listen to music with it, sounds great with movies and has plenty of ceiling to go when at a good volume. I imagine it sounds great with music as well!

I got these as part of a TV purchase/upgrade. I was a bit taken back by their larger size. I had to compromise on the ideal installation spot due to the size but they sound great. In the end, it is almost hard to go wrong with anything Samsung.

Replaced an older LG soundbar. This is a heavy duty soundbar with good sound. When I say "heavy duty" I mean it is big and heavy. If quality is based on weight, this is a good one. Honestly, it is a good sounding soundbar. The Bluetooth connect is quick and easy.

sound bar will blow you away along with sub, especially when you crank up the volume. sounds like you are at the theater when watching movies with tons of action great soundbar

I bought this with my LG TV and the quality of the sound is fantastic and it goes VERY loud. I only wish the Bluetooth was a little better. I have to have the source real close to the sound bar or I get a little static.
