Outstanding dryer. Downloadable cycles. Connects to Wi-Fi so you can start remotely and change the cycle. Now if LG could just design something to move the clothes from washer to dryer, then fold them it would be PERFECT! Only drawback on the remote start, you have to push the remote button and hold 3 seconds before you leave or have someone else do it who is at the house. But then they could hit start, so might not be that great. :D The door opens two ways, which is nice to load when opening from the top, gives you a slide to get the clothes into the dryer if something is dropped. The door does not open fully from top down, just far enough to load it.

great drying selections- the dryer itself takes up less space than my old dryer and yet it holds a lot more The less dry function will probably dry everything in 28 minutes however it senses the time it needs to dry the chime music when clothes are ready is a nice feature

Dryer works great, had it for more than a month. This one replaced a 9 year old LG dryer. Performance is almost similar and noise levels are the same so not much improvement there. WiFi alerts however help. With the previous LG dryer, clothes remained overnight if we forgot to unload. Door opens from the top or sideways which is good but creaks so LG could have done a better job with the hinges. The dryer drum light will not turn on if the Machine is powered off which is a shame because the light is a nice modern white LED as opposed to the old yellow incandescent bulb (which always turned on and never failed in 9 years) There is a dedicate drum light button to turn on the light while the clothes are spinning which is nice to see if something is tumbling all over the place and making a noise while there machine is running.

We just started using the LG washer and dryer. They appear to be working great and not difficult to learn to use. Functions very well. Andrew and his helpers did a super job installing them. The we’re efficient, pleasant and helpful.

This dryer is paired with our LG washer, and like it it is a very nice unit. It has very good build quality and is quiet… except for the pesky zippers and buckles to bang around a bit. It too has a good selection of cycles and cycle adjustments, and has dried everything we have thrown in it. In a reasonable amount of time. My wife really likes the two-way door, but I will admit that care is to be taken when opening from the top versus the side. Too much force when opening it from the top could break the door. It appears that opening amount is controlled by plastic tabs versus the metal hinge in side opening. No issues so far. Great features; nice build quality: good cycles; and good drying capabilities.

My washer and dryer is awesome I love both of them they work excellent they clean my clothes awesome they’re quiet their energy efficient I recommend these if you are getting a new washer and dryer definitely get the LG washer and dryer set.

The dryer has all the usual cycles. The door has two options to open: pull from top or from side. It is really quiet which is a must if it is near a bedroom like our home. The WiFi is easy to setup and convenient for checking whether the dryer is done when you are not nearby.

Light weight. Has 2 ways to open the door. One way as a chute door. The other way is it opens like a regular door. Touch sensitive instead of having to PUSH a button. Quiet sound. Gets real hot. Dues clothes efficiently. We like it.

I absolutely love this dryer. I does a great job a dryer our clothes, but honestly, what new dryer doesn’t? What makes this great is the WiFi connection. The display gives us lots of info (a bit more than our old dryer did), but we can also check our phones at any time, to see how close the load is to done; plus we get notifications whenever it actually finishes. It’s also really nice that the door opens both top-to-bottom and left-to-right. I open it from the top when putting clothes in (so they don’t fall on the floor) and from the left when taking them out (so they’re easy to get to). Add to that the HUGE load capacity and downloadable cycles, and this thing is a dream. (No disclaimers necessary. I don’t work for LG; I don’t get anything for giving a good review. It really is that awesome!)

I love the option of being able to open the door two different ways--very convenient feature and just what I needed for the location of this dryer in the space I have. Large capacity and I like that the interior light feature comes on when the load is done. I've only had this dryer for a week so I've only used it minimally.

I purchased this dryer, along with the corresponding washer, after a good bit of research. I made the right choice. An important selling point for me was that it has such a good variety of settings for different load types. I also like that the door opens either top-down, for easy loading, and side-to-side so you can put your laundry basket just under the door and scoop your dried laundry into it. (A side note: this door is also reversible. As is, it opens left-to-right. My laundry room set up required right-to-left opening. I didn't realize this until after the installers left, so i had to schedule an appointment for someone to come back out to do the job. This is no reflection on the quality of the dryer, however. I only mention it as a reminder to a purchaser.)

When we replaced the washer we also replaced the 20 year old dryer with this LG mate to the washer. It is very quiet vs the old machine it replaced. Has excellent features and as with the washer the clear door is a nice feature that allows one to observe the machine in action.

It doesn't seem to dry like some previous dryers we've owned. It may be that we haven't figured out the proper settings. We have not had it that long. It is quiet. We like the feature that allows the door to open two ways.

I love this dryer/washer combo. However the selection knob has been giving me issues recently. Trying to change dryer modes, it takes a few extra clicks to get it to respond. Seeing that it is about 2 months old, I shouldn't be having that issue. Short of that, it dries well and is easy to use.

I've only had the dryer for two weeks, but so far it does everything it should. Dries my clothes fully and easy to operate. Doesn't have all the bells and whistles of more expensive dryers, but that's why I bought it. The look is sleek.

Excellent Quality and easy to use. Lots of different to get the job you want done. Very efficient on energy , also very quiet. This is just what I was looking for in today's market. Very Happy with my LG product.

I’ve only had this dryer for a week. So far, I love it. Very easy to operate and dries the clothes as expected. This is my first LG and appreciate the quality and features.

Went in looking for this specific dryer do to its capabilities and I couldn’t be more impressed I love the door and how it opens as a chute for your clothes when removing them from the washer and it’s drying speed is unmatched super happy with my LG purchase

Dryer does everything you expect. Controls are intuitive with plenty of options. Large drum holds plenty of items. Does a great job on all types of clothes. I cannot imagine needing many more options on a dryer.
