My granddaughter now can cook using upper part of oven with out me having to take out food. She is 11. Also my son really enjoys air frying and convection. Best Buy ever!!

Posted .Hi, Yvette. Thank you for reaching out, and we understand the importance of having your LG Range (LTEL7337D) model operate safely and confidently in your home. One helpful step is to activate the built‑in Lock function, which helps prevent accidental activation when the cooktop isn’t in use. You can enable this by pressing and holding the Lock button on the control panel until the indicator appears. This disables the cooktop controls until you unlock it again.
Another helpful step is to check that the knobs are fully seated on their valve stems. If a knob isn’t pushed in all the way, it may rotate more freely than intended.
