The best Buy delivery crew was excellent. the washer and dryer were fairly simple to stack. The controls aren't too difficult to understand.

We purchased a Maytag Washer and Dryer last month. We had nothing but trouble with the washing machine running for several hours due to the load becoming unbalanced since it did not have an agitator. We complained to Amber at Best Buy and she assisted us with finding a replacement with the LG front load washer and dryer. The LG front load washer and dryer is amazing. the Front load washer does require some cleaning maintenance in order to prevent mold issues, however it is well worth the little bit of maintenance it will take.

Old maytag. I like that it is bigger. The guy who installed it was in such a hurry I forgot to have him change the handle to the other side.

This is a great machine. Putting on sense dry I know my clothes will be dry without needing to run to the basement to check it.

The dryer has functional easy to use settings and can be programed with a smart phone also. The pedestal set up done precisely and fits well in my pantry along with the LG washer.

We replaced our 15 year old dryer, when it quit working. This LG is amazing Drys so much faster and clothes come out looking great!

Dryer works as it should. Getting it hooked up took work, Best Buy would not install due to an outlet issue with my home. Now that it's usable I have no complaints.

We had limited space to install this washer but wanted as much CU Ft as possible to clean. We are not disappointed in our choice. Does bedding like a champ!

I do multiple loads of laundry a day and with the efficiency of this dryer it doesn't take all day! I would reccomend this to anyone.
