Excelente experience. The dryer is on top of the washer since we got them, and so far with any type of problems at all. At first I thought it was not a good decision b/c of the ridiculous amount of water that the washer use; but even my husband’s daily really dirty clothes from work comes out Very clean same with the dryer. I don’t think I’ll this brand I like LG so much. We just got a LG refrigerator we hope same results.

After 11 years, my old washing machine needed replacing. Because it had been 11 years, I needed to get current with the new products and I found myself returning to the BB web site to help answer all my questions. From that research, I determined I didn't need the super expensive, state of the art machines that were available and that I wanted more that the lower cost products. I found a good, mid-price range option in the LG machine I ended up with and BB was instrumental in that decision. After that, every step, from store visit to home installation was excellent and satisfying.

I have been using this dryer for 6 months now, it works great. Quiet, easy to use, trouble free, and drys the clothes much faster than my previous dryers. It has a quick dry, delicate dry, and the ability to make one custom setting of your choice.
I would recommend LG washers and dryers to anyone needing a washer and dryer. Sadly, Best Buy does not carry this model any longer, it is a basic dryer, the next model upgrade has the steam feature which increases the cost another $100. Mine works fine without the steam option but maybe if I had that option, I would find it useful.

We bought this dryer to replace a Samsung dryer that had a bad drum. It is easy to install and easy to operate. Does not fit the Samsung base so keep that in mind when switching manufacturers. The dryer is very quiet and the moisture sensor works most of the time. The clothes are fluffy and wrinkle free. Jeans dry quick and small comforters will dry on the first try. The lint trap gets most of the lint but not all pet or human hair.

This is a great machine. Very quite and gets the job done. Looks intimidating with all its fancy buttons but really its not. Really easy to use. My only complain is that its low and so when loading it you have to bend over and can cause backache. Saving up now to purchase the risers.

I like this dryer. It is easy to use and does the job. My permanent press shirts are a little wrinkled, I think that my previous dryer was better at this. In general, it looks nice, is quiet, and gets my clothes dry.

I chose this product because of it's limited functions. I wanted something simple and essentially a no-brainer when it came to drying clothes. The knob settings allow for that, but I found the auto sensors for determining when a load is considered dry in the cotton setting (which is my go to setting), are not so accurate. After the signal goes off, it is still a bit damp and i have to do a quick speed dry to get it completely dry. On my first load I thought the dryer was defective until I read it has a eco/energy conservation mode where it just tosses the clothes around in room temp air for 40 minutes before it heats up for the last 20-30 minutes. The run times between this and the extra speed dry cycle takes some getting used to. I'm still working on trying the other settings and will update if something new comes up.

I'm very happy with this dryer. The "instant" settings are great, but for some items, you need to manually program, which took a little bit to figure out, but still easy once you get it. The door can be reversed to open either way, which is great. It has a nice, clean look. Works well drying everything efficiently!

Gas dryer is definitely a money saver here in Texas. Takes a little over an hour to dry a slightly larger than average load. There are 5 in the house so laundry needs to be done almost every day. Pretty quiet. Manual and auto sensor programs do a great job. Large capacity.

I also own a recent model washer by LG…I really like the washer so far, so we bought the stackable dryer. They are a towering pair and my wife cannot really reach all of the controls for the dryer. But, then again, all washer and dryers seem to be giant these days. The dryer works well and has many features that we will probably not use. It has an overly complicated settings section and you can even download other settings if you want to…I guess. I can't imagine being that bored or with so much free time that I want something other than…."dry my clothes". If you are into lots of buttons and options that make tiny adjustments in how your clothes are dried, then I think you will be pleased. I'm just not that interested. Time will tell on wether it is reliable. I will post back if I have problems…so far so good.

I chose this particular model, as all controls are in the front. I personally feel it is easier than reaching to back of dryer. LG received good reviews, so I was comfortable with this decision . I am getting used to digital control options, as all my prior dryer had knobs to choose settings. I'm sure I will get used to this in time! Good dryer, quiet and drys quickly.

Bought this unit with the matching washer. Replaced original (and genuine) Maytag units. Very quiet, very efficient, great price. Took out the Geek Squad 5-year coverage since all my research indicated that all brands potentially have issues within the first 5 years. Lg offers similar coverage at much higher cost.

I had to replace our old LG after it had a series of problems that, although fixable, would have cost more than a new dryer. Since our dryer was only 10 years old I was frustrated so I did my research and found out the average life of a dryer is only 10-13 years AND LG has the least repairs. For the record, I'd never had any repairs on it for the entire 10 years. It was a great machine.
I do like my new dryer, almost exactly the same model as my old one. It's MUCH quieter than previous so I love that. I wish a sweater rack came standard in these but other than that I'd recommend this model.
