Q: In this product's specification, it is shipped with 3prong plug. What is 3prong plug? Is it regular power plug which has 2pins and 1bar? If it is not nor mal power plug, what do I need to adapt to normal?

Q: What is the differ from 7 cycle gas dryerman to a 12 cycle dryer

A: Extra cycles and typically a steam setting. This is a basic (but still quite feature rich) dryer by 2016 standards. 10 years ago, this dryer would have been bleeding edge.

Q: Is the cooling icon supposed to stay on the entire time? When I turn on my dryer, the both the drying icon and cooling icon turn on.

A: Yes i think it is steady on thru the dry cycle then turns to flashing during the cool down period.

Q: Is it normal to see flames through rear vent slats on dryer.. it is propane by the way.

A: Hello, it is not, sounds like the unit was not installed properly. Maybe the conversion kit not installed. Please contact your installer immediately and turn the gas of to the unit. ^AC
