Inevitably I had to take out a few t-shirts and reset the dryer for the rest. Often I had to do this several times. Very frustrating. I do not recommend this product.

Owned for 1 year when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Can’t dry anything without something getting caught on the dryer lint catcher which then ruins the shirt or whatever it might be that caught onto the lint catcher which then wrinkles and tangles every other piece of laundry in the dryer with it, resulting in having torn ruined clothing and having to completely rewash the entire load again. God forbid you put a sheet in there. Overall this entire washer and dryer set is cheaply made and overpriced. Never will I ever buy an LG product again. I give it ZERO stars but that’s not an option.

This dryer has a bad design flaw in which every load you dry the lint builds up underneath the lint screen! when the lint is supposed to be on the lint screen itself..not underneath it, causing the lint screen to slowly pop up and if you don't vacuum underneath the lint screen your clothes will get caught in the screen itself, tearing your clothes when you dry.

They left me with a GAS LEAK (!), the water shut off to the appliance and when called about the gas leak they created, they gave me a "1st appointment" 5 DAYS LATER (!!!!) and asked me to shut off the gas myself. Had to end up hiring a plumber to install the washer/dryer at $200 extra cost.

LG wouldn’t repair unless I brought it down to the floor from stacked installation. Ridiculous! I’m 70 yrs old! RETURNED IT & MATCHING WASHER. WILL NEVER BUY ANOTHER LG PRODUCT!!!
