I've owned this gas drier for two years now and I was initially drawn to this unit to match my existing washing machine and it's energy energy star certification. I have had no problems with the drier but it takes significantly longer to dry clothes then the old technology unit it replaced. Bottom line is no energy savings.

Clothes r still damp when dryer beeps. I set on sensor drying but it doesn’t dry all the way.

This dryer doesn't dry clothes in the delicate cycle. Called LG and they said clothes with delicate label should be dried in the perm press cycle with the "low" heat setting. Even then, clothes don't come out totally dry. Normal clothes in the normal cycle work great. So essentially the fancy sensor doesn't do what it's supposed to for delicate clothes.

This dryer is energy efficient and can be stackable. A lot of settings, Love it! Will purchase the wash machine next.

Shaky during the last few minutes of drying which normally happens when load is light to medium.

I have no idea if it works good or not. I just have it sitting in my garage unopened.

lint tray not the best design. lint must be removed from both sides of the screen.

It doesn’t do well with heavy loads, not as quite as I thought it would be

If you want a dryer that can be used for any type of clothing item this is the one you want to purchase. Forgot to take out the clothes when they are done, put it on for a few minutes & they are all ready to go - no ironing needed. Heavy or light... this is the one to have.

Overall I like the dryer - lots of different modes and functions. One of the things that influenced choosing this dryer was that it was energystar certified. Unfortunately, this seems to mean that it doesn't dry things that well - I usually have to run 2 cycles to get things dry (thus negating the energy savings)
