Excellent machine. Replaced like machine that was about 10 years old and still functioning perfectly. Purchased due to water leakage suspected in matching washer that turned out to be incorrect and the washer still operated perfectly. Leak was a stopped up drain line in the wall. These are excellent products delivering custom operating selections.

This LG electric dryer does a great job at drying towels, linens and clothes. I have been using this dryer for a few weeks and I am very pleased with the way it works. It is very quiet and I use the LG app, which notifies me via my iPhone/iPad when the load is finished.

Great for anyone looking to skip the reviews and get an awesome washer and dryer set that fits all your needs. Pedestals are wonderful as well. Buyer beware have extra hands when lifting/installing the washer IT IS HEAVY.

Excellent dryer, we love the steam portion of the dryer. Main reason we bought this dryer was because of the steam. Be had a Kenmore that finally stopped after 12 years and we used the steam portion on this dryer so we knew we had to have a dryer that had Steam and LG and Kenmore are made by the same company.

This is my second LG steam set and both have been solid performers. We purchased this dryer to match the new washer in the house we just bought. It's quiet, and the sensor is phenomenal because I never have damp clothes. I use mostly delicate aside from the towels cycle.

Okay, this is hard for me to say because I am a big fan is Sams**g. The LG is so much nicer than the Samsung front load I purchased 4 years that died an unfortunate death. It responds to inputs much faster, and I believe it may be about 10db quieter than the other brand. The load compartment truly feels like your getting all 7.4 cu ft.

This was a replacement for our older LG machine. It has proven to be quieter and more efficient than the previous model. We're very pleased with the machine.

Dryer is ok so far. We’ve had this dryer for about a month. I really like the steam feature, it works and cuts way down on wrinkles and the need to iron. I’m still getting used to the settings and loads are not drying as quickly as I’d like, but it may be due to my getting used to the various heat levels. I’m being cautious and setting things fairly low for clothing as I do not want things to shrink.

After just a month, we are quite pleased with our new dryer. It has a nice range of cycles and we like the new Steam options. It dries the clothes very quickly, but without cooking them. It's much quieter than our old dryer ever was and it's so nice to have control over the temperature again. The only catch is that the door is much lower than our old one, so the door can't clear the laundry basket and it's very low to reach into, so we may need to consider getting the pedestals. Note: our dryer is not on the internet and we don't plan to ever use the app and it hasn't caused us any issues so far.

We've had this unit for over a year now and I can tell you that it is wonderful. It is a very efficient unit and is gentle on clothes. The large size makes getting all of the family's laundry done very quickly. I would definitely purchase again.
