Great purchase! The dryer works great - it can dry a very large load in 30-40 minutes and the steam function was a nice bonus. In 10 minutes, you can have soft and warm pjs to wear to bed on a cold night. We also bought the matching washing machine which is wonderful, too!

This dryer is great, we have had no issues with it. Our only complaint is that it is sold as a stackable drier, but when we went to purchase the stacking kit Best Buy did not have one is stock, nor were they able to even order one. We left confused and got the kit from Home Depot (which was the suggestion of the people at Best Buy)

We love our new LG Dryer. So many many ways to dry clothes. It’s easy to use, it's quick, efficient and we save money on our utility bill And it alerts me when the laundry is ready

This is the third LG dryer that was bought in our family recently. One set a year ago and another 2 months ago, both for my children. My two children's LG dryers are smooth and quiet, unlike the LG I purchased for myself. My dryer makes the strangest sound, a disturbing rhythmic cycling sound at one particular spot with every revolution of the drum. BestBuy does not offer warranty or repair services, so referred me to the manufacturers customer service line. They will do nothing, not even send someone out to check what is causing this noise unique to this one out of the three recently purchased in our family.

Minus one star because of really lousy Best Buy installation support. Nothing wrong with the dryer - in fact it works well. The communication between Best Buy and the installers (might be Geek Squad or some third party guys - I had both) is bad. We thought we were buying stacked units. It arrived with third party installers without the stacking unit so now it sits on floor. I had to go to the store (12mi) to get the stacking unit days later. Then a new visit was scheduled, where I told them a longer cord was needed. Today the GS showed up without the longer cable. I TOLD BB customer service at multiple times to different people that it required a longer (10 ft) cord, and yet GS thought the order was for a haul-away. They came without the 10ft cord. Now I have ordered one from Amazon and will have them come back a third time! The other option is buy this LG set from a smaller company that has their own installers.

Love our new dryer. So quiet! Love all the features. Only wish the light would stay on longer. When you open the door to remove the clothes, the light only stays on for several seconds.

This dryer is great. Could be a little bit faster, but it's electric not gas which in my experience tends to be a bit faster. It's handled everything I've thrown at it without issue. The laundry never stops in our house. 3 loads a day is not unusual. I stacked this with the appropriate washer. No pedestal. It's not loud/obnoxious. It's not quiet, you know it's running. But I don't hear it while I'm downstairs in the living room and the laundry space is down the hall from our bedroom upstairs - I can sleep through it running without issue.

Highly efficient and great quality dryer that performs well with innovative features. While the sales team at Best Buy is absolutely amazing and exceeded all expectations, the delivery team failed miserably and made us question making future purchases at Best Buy

The Dryer is great, it dries fast and is quiet. It has several different options for different types of fabrics. The reason I am giving 4 instead of 5 stars was that the delivery/installation was a mess. They initially did not do the steam hookup and did not replace the old lint duct with a new one which was purchased as part of the package.

Large capacity but don’t over load it or it doesn’t dry thoroughly.

This huge dryer lol almost didn't fit in the laundry room, besides the part that was very hard and it couldn't be installed (blaming Best buy for this), they left the soft/old one. This dryer is amazing!!!

What i like about the dryer is that, it’s drying time is less what the other normal dryers would do. And you can connect it to your phone.
