    After using it for two weeks, by pure chance, we realized that the gasket had a tear, which caused leakage. Since we bought the machine but waited for two weeks for installation, we were told that 15 days of return has expired when we contacted BestBuy. Now we have been waiting for a repairman for three weeks since BestBuy sold us a defective washing machine and refuses to take it back. We cannot wash our clothes for a month now since we are waiting for a repairman who only comes to our city once a week. I do not recommend buying an appliance from BestBuy

Sometimes, if the seal is not installed correctly, it can create a gap or tear, leading to leakage.     Very good dryer. The only thing I noticed is that the door seems loose/not sealing well. Had a Best Buy guy come in to check, he thought that our Best Buy delivery guys may have bent it(as they dented the washer). He said it's not easy to replace the door as it is damaged in shipping and to just leave it. Not sure I like that answer, but otherwise works

    Decent dryer but doesnt seal well. Always has lint and stuff stuck all over the seal and gets on clothes when removing them
