    If you believe less is more then keep searching. LG webOS has limited streaming apps (do your research before buying); I didn’t realize certain apps are only on select platforms. Home Screen is cluttered and unattractive in my opinion. In the few days I have had this model, I changed the display settings twice just for the tv to correct me shortly after. It’s got its own version of autocorrect. I just wanted something that served as a hub for my streaming apps. Will be returning and getting a Roku TV (which I had for years before this). Life’s good with Roku.

    Vertical discoloration lines

    I exchanged this tv during the exchange period for the same exact tv. The new exchanged tv still has vertical discoloration bands that you can see during light color background mainly but not as bad as as the previous tv.but when you have a screen full of different colors the picture looks good with no discoloration bands. Does anyone know how to stop seeing these discoloration bands other than not watching the TV

    Distracting Vertical Bands on Light Backgrounds

    The photo doesn’t fully show the issue, which I unfortunately didn’t notice until right after the Best Buy return period ended. LG attempted 3 warranty repairs via a convoluted, 2 month process, couldn’t fix it, then claimed that the vertical bands are normal, and that there was nothing to fix. Wish I would have selected a different TV. Would have paid more for better quality had I known this was ‘normal.’

    I always have been an LG customer. I have to say this time around I was very disappointed. Not only did the TV turn up with line damages on the screen the quality was not as advertised. Was so excited to get this TV. But the excitement didn't last long as 2 monthsof me purchasing the product has been a big disappointment, started getting horizontal colored lines completely in the screen. When I checked with Best Buy customer care I was asked to return the product in store for a replacement. Trust me it doesn't fit all the cars and packaging it back together in the original boxing is the biggest challenge of all. At the end of it, they LG aksed me to repaire it. What is the funnest thing. They have sent wrong tv part at my place.

    Spending this much on a tv I expect to turn it on and set it up easily. No, I must have gotten a bum TV because I can’t even download the user agreement to set it up, I’ll download the app and get to the step to verify my phone number and that doesn’t work either no texts ever came, even to multiple numbers nothing works. My WiFi works fine, even connected the tv to ethernet and still nothing. Tried unplugging the tv and my modem multiple times and still nothing. Terrible buy, even bought the tv brand new not used. LG sux

    Was so excited to get this TV. But the excitement didn't last long as Day 2 of me purchasing the product has been a big disappointment, started getting horizontal colored lines completely in the screen. When I checked with Best Buy customer care I was asked to return the product in store for a replacement. Trust me it doesn't fit all the cars and packaging it back together in the original boxing is the biggest challenge of all. Stay away from the Thanks giving deals.     Finally got settled in after a couple weeks after moving in and took it out of the box and bam the screen is broken. I called Best Buy and they told me to call LG and LG said it’s not their problem and not under the warranty. So I’m just out all that money

    Restarting time to time

    I bought tv on 05/30/22 and after one month suddenly it restarted when I'm watching youtube. After that it's not working properly. Some time it turns on and sometime it doesn't.

    Do Not Buy! My TV was delivered on 10/29/21. I got it wall mounted and completely set up yesterday and today it already has lines and the screen is completely unusable.
