    When we saw it at the store we really loved the image and even though in the past Lg has been bad for us we decided to get it hoping it had changed. Right out of the box it gave us issues. It works snail slow and even though it is connected to the internet it says it’s not. When we tried logging into prime ,Alexa showed up on the screen and it wouldn’t do anything. It requires you to sign on to LG thinq to be able to load apps. Which wouldn’t download. After watching a youtube video I was able to turn off some settings and get it moving quicker but I have been unable to watch tv on it as it keeps saying internet is not available. We are taking it back to the store and buying a different brand.

    The TV would’ve been alright if I ever got it

    I guess I can’t rate the item if I never got it, i bought it online, went to pick it up and when I got home, it was not the same tv, it was one tier lower or something like that, I didn’t even use it and I was busy to go right back, it took me like 5 days to return it and I found out that they didn’t have the right tv neither a proper replacement for it so I just got my money back and a 50$ gift card, definitely not the best experience but the tv seemed to be alright
