I recently move to a new location and went to Best Buy of Dedham the staff were very friendly I bought this lg tv and I am very satisfied.

Lots of features to go through and try to learn. Pretty complicated interface. Picture quality is very good in our sunlit room.

We have not installed the TV yet it's still in the box, waiting for the remodeling to be finished.

So far so good from Point of Sale to delivery to setup & performance! Point of Sale - The Customer Associate that assisted me was patient, professional and very knowledgable. I had lots of questions and was toggling between 2 other brands. Through our conversation I went with this. I wanted to take the tv home when I purchased it at the store but as a 75’ it was way too big to put in my SUV. Score! Best Buy offers delivery and set up an appointment for free home delivery! While I wish it could have been same day, due to all same day appointments being full and deliveries being booked out for a few days I had to wait. I was disappointed but understood. Instead, I went home and waited for the day to come, like a little kid anxiously waiting for Christmas morning to arrive! lol Great Communication - Best Buy stayed in communication with me via email and text communications from Point of Sale to Delivery and approximately 30 minutes before arriving the delivery team called to let me know they were on their way. Setup 100% requires 2 people - I am using the tv legs and not mounting on the wall. Attaching the legs was super easy and only required a Phillips head screwdriver. Performance - Picture quality is great. There are many options to adjust to your preferred settings. Sound quality is exceptionally clear even when on lower sound settings. Connecting to WiFi is simple and the connection is strong. I am new to the lg platform and learning my way around, coming from Roku it’s different but same concept. I love that I can use the LG platform and still use my Roku on this tv with no issues. There are so many features on this tv I cannot get into all of them but overall I am happy with my purchase from beginning to end and would recommend this TV and Best Buy.

Great television! I've always liked LG televisions! This size is great for my ballgames! The colors are very vivid and the on board sound is good but I do plan on buying a surround sound bar for it just to boost it a little bit!

Bought the 70A and had to return it twice due to picture issues, decided to upgrade to the 82A and it is far superior happy I was able to return and upgrade.

Tv colors are really crisp. We have a really bright room and were worried it would be hard to view TV but this works perfect for the space.

Amazing picture quality, easy set up on stand and wall mount, sound quality is good might need to have it louder than most tvs for the speakers are on the back.

Grea picture , great crevice and customer service. So far all good.

Overall it’s fantastic! It replaces a 75” Samsung Q60 QLED I bought 6 years ago (which was awesome) for $1,700 that died from a fried power board. It’s in a darker room and took quite a bit of experimentation with picture adjustments before I landed on the perfect setting. I highly recommend if you have the patience to find the right setting for your room & visual preferences. Same as any modern TV!
