Cheap TV, Decent picture.

The day of delivery it never came. I called and they said I would be reimbursed with a gift card for my trouble, but never got one. I had to borrow a truck and pick up tv myself. Very upset Richard

We got another on and the tv is amazing it was more of the stores the customer service and the tv is very fragile.

Cool features, simple bluetooth capabilities', and super AI intergraded. Double plus, when I realized I could AI program sound and picture exactly to my desired likings.

Cons: Like most modern TV's having too much ads/bloat on the home screen and I don't know what is the use of AI in a TV but this can be remedy if you have your own HDMI device that has its own software. Stuff I haven't test: Haven't tried TV apps like Youtube/Netflix/etc since I have my own HDMI device with the apps

I use a Roku instead of the smart tv apps for faster purposes. However, unfortunately everytime I turn on the TV using the Roku remote, I still need to go to the Input HDMI. But overall, great picture on the TV and a great cost.

It has tons of features and lots of versatility with the mobile app. A downside is that it likes to be connected to the internet and wants you to sign up for things so the functionality is unlocked (such as downloading apps). It's not some ultra crisp OLED and you can tell it's not a $2000 TV but it works great for me.

You will probably need a sound bar. If you get a sound bar, the TV will disconnect and reconnect every time you go to a different app. It's annoying but not a deal breaker. This TV does not offer an app for FanDuel Sports, and we could never get it to connect with AppleTV. The advice for a workaround was to install a Roku or fire stick. I'm not sure what the purpose of having a smart tv is if you have to install extra equipment to make it do what it's supposed to do. The remote is not backlit, and the buttons are very small.
