He gave me specifics of the different LG TV models. He also inspired me to buy coverage after informing me of potential weather related incidents. I was amazed with his product knowledge. Outstanding customer service!!!

The tv itself is awesome, but I believe that I got a couple of bad ones. Could be the warehouse handlers or something along those lines, who knows. The good thing is you’ll know if it’s bad from the beginning (see pics). Best Buy has been great with replacing the bad ones, but it’s just frustrating.
