Excellent TV for our Family room, right size and a fantastic value!

The help in the store did not know the following information. 1.. how wide are the feet that hold up the t.v. 2. Who far are the feet from the ends of the t.v. 3. I was told I could put the sound ban under the t.v. The light must be showing under the LG Logo to let the t.v. Be turned on and off. Now that I have the t.v. And it is all working it is fine. Information was never given to me. So people are the problem not t.v.

I got this on Black Friday for 750. It was originally 1200. I cannot describe the awesomeness of this. Options menu is fantastic! Bluetooth ready, syncs with google home and Alexa. Worth every penny.

Great TV but didn’t like that 3 weeks after purchasing it dropped $50. Apparently I only get 15 days so bum luck for me but no issues on my end other than when you turn it on it jumps to antenna or cable mode first and who has cable anymore these days. Lol

Tv works great and I can control it with my phone and my Amazon echo I don't use the built in services as far as streaming or internet but they worked fine when I tested them.

LG proves again why its one of the superior brands. The picture clarity is amazing.

The tv picture is not nearly as vivid as expected. My husband wanted a new tv for our family room and we decided to go with a more “respected” brand, and spend more money. And, honestly, it’s not worth it. For Xmas we bought our son a 4K UHD Hisense tv for half the price. And the picture is gorgeous! Exactly what you’d expect. And the reason we decided to upgrade our tv. I wish we could just take this tv back exchange for another brand. We won’t be spending money on this brand again.

02/11 - I purchased this TV on 12/1 with the expectation this TV would be where I would watch Chiefs run through the playoffs. Around Christmas, I was watching a movie and the screen suddenly became distorted going in and out every 2 seconds to a normal screen and then back to distorted. I turned it off, reset the tv, and unplugged the power and waited some time. That had seemingly fixed the issue. Now this TV is in the basement and does not get used frequently. It worked fine through 2 football games but when I had a house full of people, watching the super bowl on this - an event these TV's are made for - it failed. The screen became unviewable. All in all- I was in great spirits when the game was done and the Chiefs won but this TV was a huge disappointment especially for a TV that is so new. What makes it worse is- I was outside the return policies ( a worst by Bestbuy 15 days!). Bestbuy is sticking by their policy. I am giving LG an opportunity to make this right and have placed a repair case. I am working with a local tech through the warranty to see if they can fix this. Honestly though- with a TV this new, they should apologize for the experience and ship out a new TV - it cost $750- the repair will surely cost more. I have always bought Sony or Samsung until this LG. Not a good experience so far. Let's see what happens next. I will keep this review updated..

After 18 months of normal use, my tv has the worst blue tint. No settings or reset can fix this issue. LG states I’m out of the 1 year warranty and to contact a tv repair service…Should have stuck with Samsung, way better quality.

Had this TV for 29 days & was not all that happy with the image for many many reasons. On the 30th day I noticed my Denon receivers menu screen had burned into the TV panel after 15min. I returned the TV that day & swapped it for the UM7570PUD which is SOOOO AMAZING!!!!

The day after I got the tv it worked fine for about 30 minutes then a vertical green line appeared on the right side of my screen. No mater what channel or input or what ever the line did not go away. So I am exchanging it for a Samsung. Hopefully that one won't have a problem.

I was looking for a TV for a less than $1000 price range. I went through the visual testing process for this price range at the store. I tested all brands from Samsung to Sony to TCL to Hisense, and what got my attention is the clear crisp details this TV was able to produce. I wasn't totally influenced by the feedback others have written and I wanted to physically verify. We brought the TV home and the picture was simply amazing and the sound was good which I didn't expect to be honest. We are so happy with the quality of colors and the amazing crisp image. It's not an OLED or QLED but it's pretty much as good. I enjoy having 3 hdmi ports, airplay and blue tooth capabilities...I highly recommend this TV because it passed the visual test. Get it before they are gone.

I had to convince my husband that we needed a bigger TV. That is the typical opposite way of most household I am sure lol. Since we are quarantined I figured what is a better time than to take advantage of a Best Buy sale? The TV has a beautiful picture and it looks amazing over the fireplace. I will say though please be prepared that it is very heavy to lift up high. I would recommend using 3 people as opposed to just the two of us that we use. Other than that I highly recommend it. It's amazing that such a beautiful TV can be purchased at such a low price.

Quite possibly the best TV for the best price on the market hands down. What more could you possibly want? The picture is impeccable. The sound is so good I don't need to buy another Sonos sound bar. I have Sonos in the living room and love it but don't need it with this TV. The sound is very good for my bedroom viewing. I just don't know how LG is making any money selling this fine product at such a low cost. Thank you so much LG. I have bought 6 large TV's in the past seven years and they were all over $2,000. None were better than this one. I used to be a SONY customer and now I'm LG all the way. Life is soooo Good.

Great tv with a very easy user interface. Has everything a tv needs. Even Airplay and Alexa.

The best tv I’ve ever purchased. bought it almost 4 years ago and it’s still working like it’s brand new! The graphics and tv screen is very nice looking. If you’re looking for a great tv buy this one. Couldn’t be happier with my purchase.
