Tv is ok. Suffers from really bad color bleeding unless levels are adjusted ad nauseum. Kind of easy to mount on the wall with 2 people but I’d recommend pro install. We dented the back of the tv just removing it from the box. Performance is fine for the money but just kind of meh when it comes to extras. I don’t need integrated apps like Netflix, Amazon prime, etc. so would be better if there was an option Les expensive without these add ins.

Our TV seems to lose WiFi connection once every few days as it seems to want to use Ethernet connection although it’s connected to WiFi, and it’s only a few feet away from the router. Just opening the WiFi settings gets it working again, but it’s annoying to have to do it every few times of turning on the TV. Never been an issue with any of our other TVs, and all of those are further away.
Picture quality is okay, but nothing spectacular. TV mode automatically changing to cinema mode was quite annoying until auto change was turned off. Even then I’m pretty sure we don’t have the exact setting we want as it always reverts back once the tv is turned off.
Remote feels cheap compared to our Samsung, but that’s not really a big deal. I’m just happy I can switch between apps/streaming services without it freezing.
The LG ThinQ app will not pair with our TV, but unsure if that is expected. Have not had issues pairing our other TVs and smart devices either, only this LG.

I purchased the tv over a month ago znd have been waiting all this time for a special installation team that only installs large tvs only to get an email that my scheduled installation date hS been canceled im very dissatisfied with the entire exchange and ready to cancel everything a d get a full refund

I bought an LG TV a month ago. We have troubleshoot TV many times. It transitions from blank to buffering, and the sound level changes from low to high on its own. The soundbar connects and disconnects from the TV speaker. I have to use two remotes to connect. Visiting Customer Service offers no solution. I was asked to pay $50.00 as an extra warranty. I requested that Geed Squad stop by the house at my expense, and was told they could not come because I hadn't purchased a warranty. Everything I tried as a solution was met with a 'No'. I have been a good customer for years, and I am closing my account with BB, effective today. Excellent consumers do not have buying power at this place.

I was so disappointed with this LG TV! The color was rich and bright but truly blurred like a old Plasma TV. Nothing "crisp" about this TV, especially for a 2024. People were blurred really bad, and some stations showed hardly no color. Yes, I knew how to adjust sharpness, tint, contrast, etc, but not happening on this TV!
