The TV displaying pink lines in the screen and scrambled images and it is inconsistent within a month. Best Buy customer service was very bad in addressing the issues, they simply divert the call to different departments and say that this is out of return window, and refund for the defective product.

I was able to get this TV on sale. I bought the 77 in and so far I am pretty happy with it. I played with the settings a lot to get the brightest and clearest picture from the TV. I have had some draw back from motion blur and compatibility. When watching some shows with fast scenes or an object moving across the screen quickly, the tv does have issues with keeping the image. The object can become distorted and blurring and even sometime the object flashes almost transparent sometime. Also i did have some issue with my 4k apple tv reciever. I would recieve the message that no device is connected to the hdmi port. There are some work around available if you search the issue. I was able to resolve this luckily. If you are concerned with brightness and motion blur maybe try the new qd oled tvs be samsung or get the C or G series of LG. Other than that the Tv is very clear. Just disappointed that above spending $2k the TV has motion blur.

I have never been more satisfied with a TV. The colors are amazing the frame rate is great. The B3 is on the lower tier but even so, it's such a high quality picture you wouldn't even notice a difference between the B3 and C3. No sound bar needed either. It has been in my experience, LG TV's have a really great internal speaker unlike it's competitors. Unboxing was simple. For a 77" it was very light and easy to handle. The WebOS operating system is really one of a kind and I can't imagine switching to a different system after seeing the ease of use of WebOS. My suggestion to others is, be mindful of where you place it. Too much light from surroundings will take away from the viewing pleasure and lights will reflect off the screen. However, the screen projection is so good you usually don't notice much when the TV is on.

The Bedroom TV That’s so great it beckons me

I bought the LG 77" Class B3 Series OLED 4K UHD Smart TV for my bedroom, and honestly, it’s so good that I sometimes wonder if my living room TV is getting jealous. This OLED display is stunning—every scene is packed with vivid colors, deep blacks, and crisp details that make everything from movies to shows look absolutely fantastic. The 77 inches of screen make my bedroom feel like a cozy home theater. The picture quality is so sharp, I can see details I never noticed before, and even on dark scenes, the OLED tech shines with perfect clarity. But let’s talk about the real star of the show: the remote. This thing is a dream! It’s so easy to use, with a smooth design and a great layout that makes navigating the webOS interface a breeze. It feels like the remote was designed with my lazy, late-night TV-watching self in mind. Quick access to apps, intuitive controls—it’s all there. It never needs me to look at it; I just feel it, and I know what to do. Overall, this LG OLED is an amazing bedroom TV. The picture is beautiful, the sound is solid, and the remote? Best TV remote I’ve ever used. If you’re looking for a TV that makes your bedroom feel like a luxury retreat, this is the one!

This TV was a present to myself!!! I was waiting for over 2 years to buy a new oled tv, searched between the Sony, Samsung and LG models, and the one that convinced me was the LG. And was the best choice!! It was affordable and the quality is superb!! The colors are vibrant, the sounds is really good, its very thin, the interface is excellent!! I cannot be happier with my purchase! This is the best tv I've ever had!!!

This TV was purchased as an upgrade for a 65” C1, for context. I had been looking into a C2 as a first choice because of the Evo technology since the TV tends to be used in a room where room brightness/reflections can be a factor in picture clarity, but my main issue was finding it and waiting for a price drop; I jumped on this B3 because of the deal they ran, it was hard to ignore the savings for the size I was getting! After setting it up and running with it for about a month, I have to say that it’s quite impressive for what you get as a “lower end” LG OLED. The C series has the perk of all HDMI inputs being 2.1 and 120 Hz, while the B series only has two which was a potential concern since I have three inputs that are used regularly: Apple TV 4K, Sonos Beam and a PS5. I ultimately chose to use the two main inputs for the Apple TV and the sound bar since the TV is primarily used for family watching, and I figured it wouldn’t hurt to at least try the PS5 on one of the lesser ports; even that was running smoothly, so all in all I was quite pleased with how this TV turned out. 77” ended up being the perfect size for our space too which solidified our satisfaction! The only thing I felt that needed to be changed in terms of settings was the black levels; at 50% it was a very harsh contrast that made red and orange tones feel over saturated; I brought it to about 40% and it helped a lot, feels closer to a natural look. If you want to get into OLED and don’t want to break your budget, this is worth considering!

    Outstanding 77” B3 OLED

This is an awesome 77” TV for a game room. I’ve owned OLED TVs for many years and this one doesn’t disappoint. This TV is replacing a 60” 2008 Pioneer 9G Kuro Plasma. This is a much brighter picture than a plasma. I also own a 65” C2, 55” C8, and 4 - 48” A2 OLED TVs. This one is comparable. Don’t hesitate, just buy!

Absolutely great tv, i have a darker room, so the panel on this tv is perfectly bright , 120fps an absolute must for ps5, and speaking of witch, the graphics are stunning, there is a game mode, that changes everything in the settings to suit game play specs, which an absolute convenience, so u dont have to tweek any settings when goin from tv input to game input, it has pip so u can watch multiple screens at once, i can play call of duty on the left side of the screen, while watching my rear camera, and the footbal game in the right side. The remote is truly a majical remote, it does all sorts of things. And it serves as a mouse on the screen. I have last years model, u couldnt beat it for the price,

I got this TV to replace a 65” CX OLED which is going into the primary bedroom. For the price, the B3 really delivers and I don’t feel like I’ve missed too much not spending the extra money on the C3. Despite the lack of EVO panel, this display is plenty bright for my living room. I will give the edge in image processing to the step up C/G class OLEDs, but again it wasn’t worth spending the extra money for me. All of the advantages to owning an OLED is present and that’s exactly what I was wanting. If you’re a stickler for that HDR pop and increased brightness, it might be worth looking elsewhere, but if you want a solid, entry 120Hz OLED, look no further. Highly recommended.

Hi there. Thank you for sharing your feedback about your LG TV with us. We're thrilled to hear that the B3 model has met your expectations and delivers a great viewing experience for your living room. It's fantastic that you feel you haven't missed out on too much by not opting for the higher-priced C3 model. We understand that the lack of an EVO panel might affect the HDR pop and increased brightness, but it's wonderful to hear that the display is still plenty bright for your needs. We appreciate your comment about the image processing, and while the step-up C/G class OLEDs may have an edge in that area, we're glad to know that it wasn't a deal-breaker for you. Owning an OLED TV does come with numerous advantages, and we're delighted that you're experiencing them to the fullest. Your recommendation of the B3 model as a solid, entry-level 120Hz OLED is greatly appreciated. If you have any further questions or need assistance, please don't hesitate to reach out to us on Facebook or Twitter through @LGUSSupport. We're here to help and ensure your continued satisfaction with our products. ^Dan LG

This is a gorgeous, well-priced OLED TV. When paired with a strong media center and speakers, this TV will transform a room into one of the most beautiful movie theaters you can imagine, with incredible colors and impressive brightness. Even in our bright living room, we have no issue watching anything except pitch-black scenes. Games also look incredible, and are very smooth (but make sure you plug your game consoles into the two HDMI ports that support 120Hz for the most smooth experience. The only downside is the software, it's very lackluster and ad-heavy, we have moved over to using Apple TV for most things.

We bought this model on-line the first week that it showed in the Black Friday sale. I researched different product ratings and rankings on other sites before buying. The picture is awesome and the price drop made it an excellent value. If you have to have the latest technology and money isn't an object, then you might find a better TV. Otherwise, I would recommend this TV to anyone who wants a top notch TV at a modest price.
