    I was really bummed. The description said it was in satisfactory condition however it did not state that the stand was missing or that the remote was missing or that I would not have a box to transport it unfortunately I had to refund it with reluctance also got some attitude from some of the staff there in regards to purchasing an open box and next time I should buy something new quote

    I bought this TV in November and in March half the screen suddenly stopped working. I called LG since its still under the manufacturer's warranty and they have not been able to resolve or replace my TV and its now June almost July. So I bought this nice big fancy TV and can't use it. Terrible customer service from LG. I have never been so disappointed or have wrote such ba review, but I would caution buyers on this item since it has caused a lot of frustration. I am still trying to call and get resolution but I get put on hold for very long periods of time. I will never buy another LG product again I can guarantee that.

    When I got the tv home had no remote no where in the description said that there was no TV remote so I ended up having to pay for another remote Best Buy was no help

    I bought one of these right as the Coronavirus outbreak started since I knew I’d be home a lot. First one came with dead pixels down the screen. I had to drive back to do a curbside exchange. The second one came with a defect where half the screen would become white washed and you couldn’t see anything. This was my first experience with LG and I don’t think there will be another.

    Bought this tv a year an a half ago and the whole screen is getting blue dots ! According to my research these are burned leds ! It’s getting worse and worse. If you google lg blue dots on screen you will see many many many customers with the same exact problem and no response from LG. Don’t waste your money.

    Bought in May 2020 and it already has a blue tint, not in the settings. Seems as if a board is going bad. Sound is absolutely awful. Hate everything about this tv.

    Great tv for the price me and family loved it. Unfortunately the back lights malfunctioned and the screen turned blue. Thank god i got geek squad protection.

    Better Business Complaints Warranted

    This unit did not hold up for the 5 year extended warranty repair i paid for without me sending it to them. Best Buy and Geek Squad would not honor the commitment I paid for either. I am so disappointed with LG, Geek Squad and mostly Best Buy.

    Purchased this tv on 10/26/2019 for $2,183.99 and the panel went out after 3 years!! Finally had to buy a new tv. Didn’t go with LG this time, but did buy from Best Buy again. Hopefully no issues with this one as we spent more $$.
