    This review is about the open box experience. Listed as Excellent meaning all parts and accessories included. I asked the gentlemen that loaded it if it had a remote, they assured me it did. No remote or tv legs on this order, then trying to call the store for help just gets you the runaround with a bunch of operators that aren’t equipped to help Moving an 82” tv around isn’t easy, but to correct their mistake they want me to bring it back to the store. Not customer friendly.

    It doesn’t get very bright at all. If I have it on vivid selection than it’s over colors it’s self. I would strongly suggest either a Vizio or a Samsung if you are looking for a large TV.

    Too bright, colors not vibrant. Black is dull. Apps are good. Ease of navigation. Only bought bc on sale. Recommend the same.

    The installation was great however the TV has a defect. Horizontal and vertical lines mar the screen. I am awaiting action from Best Buy
