    Clunky user interface. Picture is great, but doesn't seem to be quite 4K. One HUGE problem for me is that LG doesn't allow you to install the ESPN+ app to watch sports!!! You have to buy a Fire TV or Roku to watch ESPN...an added expense but more frustrating is that it occupies a port you could use for something else. Difficult to learn where all the inputs are located and how to change from one to another. I've been using it for over a month now and still have problems.

    Love my purchase and the tv is amazing. There are so many features that it can be overwhelming, but that’s not why I bought. Took forever to arrive, but worth the wait. I’m considering a sound bar, but not sure if I need it.

    Not a bad TV but the blacks are not very dark, and they look like a medium gray color. In movies this isn’t really affecting anything but when the TV is on it almost looks bright when the screen is supposed to be black.
