Love this tv. Looks like a hanging picture when not in use. LG offers a lot of free channels and also a fitness apps with free workouts. This is on most of their new tvs. We usually buy Sony, but LG has better prices and has become a great competitor. This is our 2nd LG tv this year. Highly recommend.

Terrific TV so far. Great sharpness in 4K and peak colors in HDR. Good up scaling on lower quality broadcasts. Minor gripe: wish the remote and OS were less fussy - unclear when pointer works vs when you have to navigate/select with cursor in different apps.

We returned this TV because the remote control drove us crazy, and seemed to be possessed, the PBS app is not compatible with the operating system, and the connection to the sound bar (ARC) never did work properly. We later discovered that the issue was the TV wanted an eARC signal, but our sound bar was ARC, which is “supposed”!to be compatible. The LG OLED picture quality was great. We replaced this Ztv with a Sony Bravia 9. Which was 85”. The picture quality is excellent (probably even better that the ZLG OLED), even though it is a miniLED.
HI, James. We truly appreciate you sharing your experience with the LG TV (OLED83C4PUA) model—even though it didn’t meet your expectations, your feedback helps us improve. We strive to provide high-quality products and ensure a smooth viewing experience.
While eARC is backward compatible with ARC, limitations can occur, especially with audio sync and format support.
We're glad you found a solution that works better for you with the Sony Bravia 9. If you ever give LG another shot in the future, please send us a private message on social media @LGUSSupport. We hope it’ll be a better match for your setup and expectations. We're here to help in any way we can. ^Juvy

The sales person was overzealous, insincere and inaccurate. I would’ve walked away, except the second gentleman there with long hair and previous experience as an installer saved the day with reasonable and accurate responses that inspired confidence. The delivery and installers were excellent except they arrived over an hour later than then said the would.

I recently upgraded to the LG 83" Class C4 Series OLED TV, and I'm absolutely blown away. This TV takes everything great about OLED technology and supersizes it for an truly immersive viewing experience.
Decent TV for the Price I paid, but Disappointing.

After spending all year looking for a TV, I have to say I'm disappointed in this year's crop. I decided to settle on the C4 because BB had an amazing deal last week. I'm not that happy with the PQ. It either looks like an overly blue Computer Monitor or if you calibrate the blue out then it looks like a a dark, muddy mess. As someone who has used an LG TV for 10 yrs, I know how to set an LG TV. I also don't like that LG made it so you can no longer change the Brightness level via a few "hacks." So this TV just feels really dim with a boring picture.
Positive of the TV are, even though I think it's a flat, boring picture. It is super clean, with great motion and no obvious flaws. I just wish it was more flexible. At one point it had a real hazy look, no matter what I do, but that issue seems to have correct itself.
If you like the LG Picture "Science" then there's no reason not to get this (beyond the ridiculous price), as everything just works on this TV. I encountered no bugs at all and like I said, there's no flaws to the picture other than I just don't like it. Motion works great.
