We love our LG OLED TV. Wonderful picture and there isn't much glare when sun hits the tv. The picture is great for sports!

The picture takes a little time to get it where it looks right, but once you do, it is phenomenal. It’s amazing.

I purchased a display tv. When the salesman discussed him making sure I would have the remote which comes with the tv I agreed to purchase it. The tv is useless without a remote. When they delivered it, there was not a remote. I went to the store and they tried to give me a generic remote then gave me an older remote without a cover and told me to call LG. LG informed me because it's an "open box" they would not provide me with a remote. Now I find myself on the phone several times arguing with LG. This is POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE by Best Buy! I spent over $3,000 on a tv from Best buy for the last time even though I've purchased from them for years. There are several other places to purchase from. I'll be using them as you cannot trust Best Buy, they are typical "salesmen".
