I wanted to upgrade to a larger front load dryer that could hold a comforter and this one fit the bill. It is super quiet and it dries anything up within a reasonable time the first time around. It looks great and it's simple to use with plenty of cycle options. Do be mindful of the dimensions of where you are placing this big dryer at. Mine barely fit in my laundry room space, and I had to move it away from the door frame in order to avoid hitting it with the garage exit door due to the depth of it. I gambled with my measurements and luckily I got away with it (barely though). If you have less than 32" of depth from the wall to the front of the door frame, it will not fit. I had this for just over three weeks and I will update my experience after a year. LG products have proven reliable for me for many years, so I expect the same with this item.

The large capacity gets the job done in one load. Great steam options. Quiet operation. The sensor dry keeps it from working longer than it has too. Also i notice my laundry room doesnt get hot anymore when running dryer.

The capacity is great. Lots of nice features. Well made and seems durable. We stacked it on top of our new washer. Fine with the color but wish there were more color options available. We would recommend this dryer.

These machines are BEASTS!! Love them so much. We have a day spa and the capacity, quietness, sheer Work horse ability of these machines has cut our laundry load by at least 1/3. And the delivery service was the most professional and quick installation ever!

This LG is the first electric dryer I have purchased. Surprisingly, the clothes are dried exactly as the timer indicates. It is super simple to use. Reaching into the front loader is far easier if the dryer is sitting on the raised pedestal.

Only had the new machines a short while so we’ll see how they hold up. I love how quiet they are compared to my prior Maytag elite machines, granted they were 20 yrs old. I went from a gas dryer to electric and surprisingly it didn’t cause an increase in my electrical bill that I’ve been able to notice.

I love the steam settings and the drying features are wonderful ! It’s a great size for my bulky items! My comforters are happy to spread out and dry ! The LED lite inside is great!

Fantastic dryer! Super big compared to my old ones! Can actually do an entire load and it comes out dry now!

Fantastic dryer with a large capacity and multiple cycles that is very easy to use.

Big and beautiful. Does a good job. Not sure about the steam tray. It’s weird to check the water level and will the water create mold or mildew if it isn’t used often enough? We’ll see...

Love the washer and dryer. Still learning how to work the different cycles and times. When you do get the washer, before the people leave MAKE SURE IT IS LEVELED or you will hear unusual noises from the machine.

We have only had the washer and dryer for about three weeks little early to see how it really is going to perform my wife has done about 24 loads in it. She likes them so far

We reluctantly gave up on our 25 year old electric GE Dryer, which while still functional, was snagging holes in our clothes. After some research, decided to buy this gray 9 cubic ft capacity LG dryer. It is huge, and very, very quiet. We can now dry a king size down comforter at one go, and no clothing gets overly warm. I have had to turn on "permanent press" items for a second time because I thought they were too damp to wear as is(, but this is the way many people like to have their pp clothes set for ), and it only took a very short 5 minutes more or so, for me...The sales staff were very helpful in ensuring that I was happy with the item, and that I got the best possible sales promotion/ "deal' .

I’ve only had this set since early December 2021 but so far it’s amazing. I’ve never had clothes dry so well after the spin cycle. Saves time in dryer as well. The unit shakes a lot on spin cycles so make sure your installers set it properly on your floor surface. My installers were incredible tho. They somehow got that huge set in my door and installed without any damage. They were awesome and it’s great to give them a nice tip for great work like that. The only thing I don’t like about the set (and I mean only … everything is perfect otherwise) is the think plastic decorative front cover for each unit. Super thin cheap plastic and scratches easily. All in all, the perfection of the many wash cycles and dry cycles are well worth the price and the chintzy plastic covers. That said, the set looks gorgeous too. Friend’s have commented on it. And I love looking at it. If you can install side by side you should because they are super tall when stacked high. I need a stool to use the dryer settings, which pretty much makes me laugh. I’m only 5’3” so tall people won’t have an issue. Love this unit. Best I’ve purchased. And I also bought total care because delivery of $220 was free and I get great warranty service in the remote area where I live. Highly recommend this.

So far, my dryer has worked beautifully. I really like the fact that it sits up higher than my older one. The Steam Fresh feature is very helpful. I wish the door opened on the other side, but that is the only downside. We were desperate to get a new dryer. This one has exceeded my expectations. The large size is just right for drying the larger comforters and quilts.
