I went into the Stillwater store where they had a floor model for a great price. The salesman took great care of us and made sure we had everything needed. The delivery personnel arrived on time with the product, installed it with great care and precision and were polite in the process. The product works perfectly and the WIFI connection is a great bonus.

I went through the steps from the lg app. The app said to call LG. I called LG and they said that scheduling would get back to me in 5 business days . Well it has been past the 5 business days and guess what still have not heard back from LG. Luckily I am elite plus status at Best Buy and had 30 days to return my item. Best Buy is exchanging the dyer and delivering the new one back to me.

This is my first front loading set and I am so glad we chose them! So much easier on my back! I love all the choices and I love that I can program it from my wifi. I also like that I can have it programmed to my favorite selection...

Wrinkles on my sheets doesn’t seem to come out. Long cycles. It doesn’t seem to use enough water for me so. It’s a smart WiFi washer but don’t let that go over your head cause it doesn’t self load. I guess it would come in handy if the knob dial broke. Other wise not needed. I’m just not impressed for the money.

It cleans well and is quiet with minimal vibration which is important as it is on the second floor. Controls are intuitive as well. That said, the wifi app is difficult to set up and even when i did install it and my phone recognized the washer, it did not work. Not a deal breaker but a buyer should be aware. This issue is discussed in other reviews.
