very nice fridge. Counter depth to me is smaller. Prints on the mirror is a pain in the butt. Couldn't figure out how to make more ice. Instructions need to be clearer. Overall good

Inside capacity much smaller than expected. This refrigerator replaced a Sears Kenmore Elite Stainless Steel. (35 3/4 W × 36 1/4 D 70 1/4 H). this refrigerator was a 2nd choice selection. My 1st choice - larger one in this style. Per delivery persons my rm entry 3 inch to small. That Best Buy d/n remove refrigerator doors, making it unable to be delivered. What's amazed me the 2nd delivery people (I loved them). They had to remove the doors on my kemore Elite to take it out. They did it w/o any problems in just a few mins. No damages and reattached them all in my front yard before putting it on their truck. I wished they'd been the first delivery guys and I'd got the frig I really wanted.

Purchased this refrigerator on short notice. Turned out to be a good decision. Everyone loves the craft ice and pellet ice feature.

Love the InstaView "quick" door. Appreciate the lighting. The stainless is easy to clean. The frig interior is larger than expected. There is not much adjustment available on the shelving locations. Really appreciate the quantity and quality of the ice; not real impressed with the exterior access to ice as the drawer is so easy. Installed the app on my phone very easily. Don't love the wide door at the bottom of the frig that requires both frig doors to be open to access. Don't love the need for the doors to open beyond the width of the actual frig so it must be located beyond the adjacent walls, thus protruding into the kitchen a bit more than previous frig.

very nice and large space fridge, have plenty of space, 2 ice makers, 2 ice baskets, specialty ice balls, drinking water tastes chilled

Nice looking fridge and features with a big BUT for the PrinterProof one that really doesn’t work . If you hate finger print stay away from this model, you have to clean it everyday. Rest super cool

We are so happy with the refrigerator. I hope we can learn how to operate it. It has more storage than our old one.

Very happy with the new fridge, the different ice options are nice. The one thing that I haven't figured out (may have to look closer at the manual), is how to turn off the door open alarm, which comes on way too quickly in my opinion.

This is a nice fridge with many great features. Unfortunately, it didn't work for us. We are used to a 4-drawer fridge with the center drawer readily accessible. This three-door fridge has a center drawer, but you have to open both top doors to get at it. Speaking of opening the doors, you either have to reach up to the top or down the bottom of the door to get a grip to open it. Another thing we're not used to -- it seemed awkward to open. The InstaView door was not something we really needed or wanted. We decided to upgrade to a std 4-drawer unit with handles, which will work better for us.

This is a really nice refrigerator. Will take a little time to get adjusted to size.

So far so good! I love the numerous features. The ice makers are great! The lack of handles and smaller size does great with smaller areas/kitchens. Everything is working as expected! Love it!
