Love the new choice of ice selection. I love how there are no handles and it's easy to open the doors. When it's dark a light comes on when you step in front of the refrigerator which is super cool. Adjustable shelves.... Knock on the window to see what's inside on the door. I recommend this product highly.

Best Buy completely fumbled installation, then stiffed me on a price match that was promised (and proven via transcript), then withdrawn. All of this leading to the worst customer service I've ever been subjected to. Beware and proceed at your own risk if you do business with Best Buy for large appliances.

Good smart app. Not so good: French doors were badly misaligned. Tools and parts that came with it weren’t enough to align it. Took the delivery guys 5 washers to align the doors. Shelf glass shattered on arrival, lg did send a replacement though

The only minor dislike is it makes mechanical noises. I think it is the icemaker moving the ice so it dosen't freezer together.

The down side is the shelves have only a little movement option. Difficult for tall items. The multiple ice makers are nice, but it takes awile to make ice. The knock door is different, the door great but knock to see inside is a waste of tech and time.
