We needed to buy a new refrigerator saw this one on Bestbuy and do the research with the new compressor style and the warranty on the compressor is great. Installed the new refrigerator and hour and half it was cold ready to use. Only thing I wish was different was how much ice it makes needs to make more ice.

Very good fridge. The functions are all very convenient. The multiple ice options is cool but unnecessary. We’ve already stopping make 1. It’s been a little clunky trying to level it. It’s got leveling legs but the process is trickier than it needs to be. And our front doors are slightly out of alignment with no way to adjust them.

Better tah expected!! The cubic volume if this refrigerator is smaller tahn our old one and cost less than our old one but we can fit so much more in this one.
The cooling drawers and the ice cube trays all work perfectly. I used my ice cubes daily!!

Love the new fridge. Very modern with the hidden handles, will take a little getting used to but it matches well with the other LG appliances I’ve purchased recently. The app integration is nice, not essential but definitely a cool feature. Can’t wait to try out the artisan ice feature.

I’ll start by saying I’m a big fan of LG, in general. I’ve owned many major appliances from them and loved all of them, but this fridge might be perfect. For the size, it has a huge amount of space, it’s beautiful, plus the condiment door and 4 types of ice are awesome extras.

Fantastic design. Love being able to open the glass door and get condiments and other small jar items without having to actually fully open the refrigerator doors. The no fingerprint doors is another nice item. MKrs three types of ice-round, crushed and cubed.

One of the worst purchases I’ve ever made in my life. Although the fridge looks nice and has nice features, it quickly crapped out on us and customer service is absolutely atrocious. After approximately 4-5 months of calling numerous times per month we are in the same place and we are still getting the runaround from LG, and in fact, my last phone call when I was connected to a supervisor they hung up on me. They have no reasonable solution. They say a part is needed. However, it is back ordered and they cannot tell me how long it’ll be before the part will be available and they have no other solution to fix the issue. They absolutely refuse to replace or pick up/refund this non-functioning unit. I have had hundreds of dollars of food spoiled, we have had to purchase a standalone freezer. Best Buy states they cannot help either as now it is a manufacture issue and we must deal with LG. Again issues started approximately four months after our unit was delivered and we are going on 4 to 5 months of the same issues/unreliable cooling (frequent failing to the point of food spoilage). I will never purchase an LG product again simply because if there’s an issue their customer service will not address it and they could care less . Good luck and stay away from this brand.
