My new LG refrigerator has been wonderful! It has more room and a better design which makes it so much easier to deal with gallons of milk and all other large containers. The bottom freezer contains my ice bin which I like in lieu of the icemaker in the upper section. Fingerprint resistant is a fantastic invention!!

We just purchased and had delivered and installed a Refrig/Oven/Microwave. We are very pleased with the process from the showroom to the install. Christian helped us in store and it was very smooth and everything was explained. He was awesome. Cesar did the delivery/install and it was perfect. He is a very nice man and also very through. Customer Service is very improtant to us and Best Buy gets an A+. We now have a new go-to store for electronics and appliances.

Much needed refrigerator replacement and at an excellent sale price. Beautiful product and kudos to the delivery and setup guys for an outstanding job.

The unit appears to be working properly. My issue is with the condition at delivery. I bought refrigerator as a gift. It came with several visable scratches on the front of the unit and a large V shaped dent on the rear from the bottom of the unit to half way up the back. The access plate was significantly damaged and i took off and reshaped to fit. The refrigerant plumbing was bent a there was worry that performance may be affected. Not happy especially since it was a gift.

Nice fridge. I would have liked an extra butter drawer but it works well and the drinking water tastes good and comes out fast so you’re not waiting a long time. I wish the vent weren’t up top because I like storing stuff on top of the fridge but that’s ok we adjusted.

Looks and works great! Delivery was a breeze, we are loving it!

I'm amazed at how much more space we have with only a few inches more of frig depth. I was worried it would stick out too much from the cabinet - but it's perfect. Very good app that allows some controls from your phone - and a "ding" reminder if someone has left the door open too long. We've only had it less than a month but so far so good!

So far so good! Holds more than we expected. Keeps our items cold but not frozen in the back of the fridge.

This has well well-organized space and fits a lot in for a counter depth. The internal water is inconvenient but I have good tasting tap water so don't need to use it.

So far, it has been a beautiful refrigerator. We really like the water dispenser inside the by the door. Ice maker is very nice as well. It was well packaged inside and out. Glad to be back to a freezer bottom drawer.

Great refrigerator lots of room and looks great in our employee lunch room.

This frig has a lot of room inside and a lot of room in both doors. That was something we were looking for. Another item we were looking at was no built-in door ice or water. It has the ice in freezer area and the water built-in inside along the wall. The freezer is a good size also. Big down sides: both doors are very light with a strong closing spring to help. If you don't hold on to the handle, the door slams shut raddling everything in the door. The other thing is the middle inside draw. You need to completely open both doors to get to the middle drawer to get what you want. Also it's not very tall so you can't place soda cans standing up. Our other frig had this as an outside drawer which made it conveniant to quickly get sodas or other items.

This refrigerator has so much room inside!! And it fits perfectly in my kitchen.

Overall, a great purchase. Ice dropping into the bin makes a very loud sound, so be aware, but great refrigerator.
