This refrigerator has every design feature we could possibly want. The wide refrigerator shelves allow placement of large trays when necessary. The door in the door design is already of GREAT use to us - allows retrieving frequently used items without having to open the entire refrig, thus preserving the cold. The freezer design makes retrieving items very easy. We especially love the refrig and freezer setting are plainly visible (they light up) on the left hand refrig door. That's it!

Water taste good, but not cold, ice tasted unfiltered even after cleaning and 2 weeks of cycling ice.

Loved this fridge since I purchased in 10/2017 until 2 days ago when I went to grab a frozen pizza to cook in over an realized it was basically thawed. Seems this is a common problem among these lower freezer LG units. Do a Google search and look at reviews on here. I do not have extended warranty, but at same time, should a $2300 (what I paid) appliance fail in under 2 years? That's what I asked LG customer service. They are seeing if they can make an exception for me. Seriously, do your research, this is a common problem among LG refrigerators. Wish I had...

Love the two separate ice makers. Also enjoy being able to open for milk or orange cartons without opening entire fridge

I love the fridge the only down fall is the inner door doesn't stay shut other then that it's awesome

I like it ok. It mostly fits the needs we had. My wife likes it so that’s all that matters

I love the refrigerator. It's quiet and have more room so you can stack up a lot of fruits and vegetables.

Terrible product. Literally one month after warranty was up from Best Buy the compressor went bad. It’s less than 5 years old. Awful, awful product. Issues with ice maker on multiple occasions.

I was reluctant to spend the few hundred dollars more to get this LG refrigerator with the extra door within the door. Now I'm glad I did! It won me over as I find myself just grabbing something from the quick access door all the time. And I love the extra ice container in the freezer as we use a lot of ice! I think this was truly the best choice I could have made.

We loved everything about this fridge, but after 4 years the in-door ice maker started acting up and then a year later, the compressor went out!! Would have thought a fridge that cost $2500 would last longer than 5 years. Pretty frustrated and disappointed in this fridge!!

This frig is great for big purchases because of the room offered. Most frigs we looked at were large outside but broken up into small spaces inside. It easily stores pizzas and large freezer boxes that normally need to be opened and separated. Great buy at Best Buy.

Great buy fridge is very spacious and room for everything

This frig is so user friendly. It's quiet and efficient.

Have only had the refrigerator for a month and both ice makers do not work, the water spout quit working shortly after that, and the inside door keeps swinging open when the door is open without being released. Not happy for the price I paid. I shouldn't have to call on my warranty this quickly with this many issues.

Plenty of space, layout works great, huge freezer. All around very happy with our purchase.

Double ice output. Double door on the right side. Lots of room to store food. We love it.
