System runs quietly. Racks are weak to load or unload. Top draw for utensils should be lowered to accommodate them. The spoons and forks holder is poorly made. The door opens towards the end of the cycle to release steam and doesn't completely dry them, properly. I have video but was unable to upload.

I recently replaced an 11-yr. old Bosch dishwasher with this LG model. For perspective, I have only washed around a dozen loads since purchasing in late December which does not really qualify for a fair review. Our former Bosch D/W was put together like a tank, and it was quiet running. But the cost of replacing with a similar Bosch model was too much money to justify. The LG machine does a good job of cleaning and drying, However, the racks and assembly are not sturdy, and I do not have much confidence that it will last as long as our Bosch. Also, it is not quiet running. On the plus side, there is a third top rack for cutlery and utensils which is handy. When a loan has been completed, and the temperature has sufficiently cooled, the door will pop open. I don't know if I like that feature or not, but I am mentioning it just in case it matters to anyone. In summary the LG gets the job done but has inferior build quality. I'm hoping for the best.

I am so glad I spent some extra to get this flush mount LG Dishwasher! I live the flatware 3rd shelf! Who wants peoples dirty hands taking forks out of a dishwasher by the tines? That has bothered me forever! The fold down rack option is great for dog bowls and fir pots! I love its quiet run and the cycle sound- the cleaning it does on even the 1 hour cycle… I got free install…….but y’all list a start because I had to pay for your install kit AND $150 on the spot because it needed an outlet- not a hard wire like all the others before it had. I bought the 3 year extended warranty because the last year has proved that appliances are nit made like they were 60 years ago. I love the dishwasher- the $150 extra not so much- but they did a good job of it.

The LG Dishwasher out-performs the competition and gives you customized settings and end-wash cycle sounds within the LG ThinQ App. The remote wash functionality in the App is a bit clunky. Users need to push the actual "Remote" button on the display, then close the washer door and activate it from your mobile device. Why wouldn't you just push "Start" and run the wash cycle? Seems to be a lazy feature. The auto open feature when wash-cycle is done is a nice addition to increase drying. Overall, I'm satisfied so far with this modern luxury appliance.

Delivered and installed as scheduled. Very quiet, controls are easy to understand. Dishes come out sparkling clean.

Dishwasher cleans dishes effectively with no residue. Louder than was expected since it is advertised at a similar db as our old Bosch dishwasher. The slides for the racks seem low quality and can make it difficult to move quickly. The 3rd rack for silverware does not extend fully to allow easy use of the rear area. Overall happy with the purchase because of the sale price and performance of cleaning dishes.

Quiet however washing cycle can be long. But clean dishes emerge

I really like the 3 shelves in it . It is very quiet unlike my old one . I love the drying cycle that opens the door to let the steam out before it dries the dishes . I really like the top shelf . I use it to lay out my silverware . Overall it is a great dishwasher.

This is such a great dishwasher I'm actually excited about it. It has great features, is quiet and the LinQ smart feature is really nice too. Quality construction and cleans and dries dishes perfectly.

Nice clean design. Stainless steel finish goes well with the rest of SS appliances in kitchen. So far the dishwasher has been reliable and cleans effectively

Very quiet, love the fit and look. Despite reviews our dishes have been dry every time they come out. Great dishwasher and price was fantastic!!

I'm so glad I bought my dishwasher from bestbuy, the associate was very helpful. Also the dishwasher is a dream, it's quiet and cleans well.

So far so good. Used a few times and cleans well. The noice level is pretty good. I would recommend this machine.

The product is probably fine. It gets good reviews by Consumer Reports. Unfortunately, the dishwasher started leaking as soon as the installers left the house. We think it was probably due to an error by the installer but don't know for sure. We also found out our long stem wine glasses would not fit any of the racks. We had Best Buy come and take it away. We got a refund without any problems.

I love that it has a very top rack option that I can put some of the things that I don’t wanna put in the bottom rack. I just wish that it also had a quick wash option.

The machine works well but it is damaged and needs to be exchanged. Vapor coming from the top of the machine near the power button when running and damaging the kitchen cabinet.
