I bought LG G5 phone during special promotion for $5 a month for 24 month to replace my old LG G3 phone which had faulty GPU. LG G5 has good battery life, stable software, and came with an extra battery as a free bundle. After 3 month of use I did not have any software crashes or freezes. Overall, I am very satisfied with the product and special promotional pricing.

The cameras(s) on the LG G5 is so awesome, others have frequently thought I took them with point and shoot cameras worth hundreds of dollars.
The wide-angle camera makes it possible to created lots of creative shots. The normal lens is really good in low-light situation.
My comparison is directly with my other phone, the iPhone 7 Plus.... so that says a lot.

Great specifications on the phone compared to other Android phones like HTC10 and Samsung Galaxy S7. If you want to save money for a top of the line phone, get this phone!! This phone is a must... Having a removable battery will guarantee you a long term use of the phone !! Great job LG for keeping the removable battery concept so I can use this phone for years ....

I have had this phone for a little over 1 month and a half and love it. I had the LG G3 originally and it gave out on me so I decided to stick with LG in hopes that this new phone would be just as good. It is extremely quick and the wide-angle camera is awesome. I have found little to no bugs with it yet, something I could not say for my Galaxy. If you are considering switching from the norm and going with something other than a Samsung or Apple, this should be your choice.

I absolutely love my LG G5. I've had it for about 2 months now. The thing that I think I love the most about it is that even if I forget to charge it the night before and I'm on it a fair amount the next day, the battery still lasts quite a long time. I'm glad I decided on the LG. Because of this phone I would look at buying a replacement in the future.

Superior camera(s), fast processor and LG has some very slick software to run a smooth Android experience. The battery swap is a nice little feature, great phone. No complaints, and love that 2k screen, easy on the eyes

My first G5 lasted a day and a half before it bricked itself, so I had to go through the hassle of getting a replacement. When it worked, I was very impressed. The screen was fantastic (works great for VR), it was snappy, and the LG skin on the OS wasn't annoying. What was annoying, was that a month after I had owned the second phone (literally just past the return date) the home button stopped working. While the fingerprint reader worked (thank god), the button did not register a press. This annoyed me to no end, but with no solution in sight, I trudged on for a year and a half until the piece of garbage fell into the toilet where it belonged.
At least it had a headphone jack.

Great phone. Knock-on and full-time display of time and status are nice and unique features. Phone is fast and reliable with a great display. Lack of a 'hardware' home button is a plus. Modular design is a potentially nice feature, but I don't use it and the phone still is better than the competition.

This is a decent phone. The specs are pretty good. Liking the LG features. Battery life has been pretty good. No complaints about it. There are a few more feature/ hardware rich phones out there, but the wife liked this one, so that's what she got.

The new LG G5 is a great modular phone with features not seen on smartphones in a while. With its removable battery module and expandable memory (thanks to a micro SD slot) it gives a new set of uses. Its wide angle mode camera is crisp and clear and the call quality is superb. I would definitely recommend looking at the G5 to anyone who was in the market for a new phone.

Solid phone with good specs. Used on different networks, works better with CDMA (Verizon) than GSM (T-MOBILE). Would recommend to someone who wants a good phone at a wallet friendly price or needs a replacement phone in the meantime.

Was always partial to samsung, but after I switched to the G5 I'm hooked. I'm still learning the features but the call quality is excellent, pictures are hi quality. It has many more features than I've been able to use so far but still exploring. Had to stick with the removable battery and expandable storage. Switched from an s4 to the g5. Great move on my part.

I have had this phone for over 6 months. The screen is very clear and quite large. Both text and images are easy to see even without the brightness being cranked up all the way. The battery life is great and recharging time is relatively short. The only tricky issue is that the volume control buttons can also be used in camera mode to take pictures. If you are not careful, you can accidentally click an unwanted picture as you are moving it around in your hand. Overall, it is probably one of the best phones I have ever had.

My HTC M7 died, so I took it to BB to see if they could revive it. They couldn't, but sold me the new LG G5 at a great price. It's still Android, but quite different than the HTC. The camera is much better, battery is replaceable, it has better picture resolution. I've had a bit of a hard time getting used to it - some of the settings are not intuitive and they do not include a proper owner's manual, so I'm stuck looking for an answer online or driving back to BB to ask someone to help me. Overall, it's a better phone.
